I ordered brownie Oreo cupfection. Indian lady there gave me frozen brownie. I asked her it is supposed to be hot and soft. She was so rude and gave me a killer look and look the cup from my had and threw it in Garbage. I paid for it, it's not free stuff. I don't know why these employees these days don't worry about customer. Just need paychecks?

My experience at this particular store was very disappointing and I feel that they need improvement in communication. During my visit, I found their explanations unclear and their mannerisms unprofessional. They should teach employees how to communicate respectfully and would greatly benefit the store to greater clarity, respect, and professionalism. I would never come to the store again.

So fast, very impressed with the service and presentation.
The staff was super friendly especially when I showed up so late not realizing what time they close. After seeing they are cleaning I apologized and they said to not even worry they haven't started on kitchen. I would definitely go back to this dq

If you like spending time on the toilet then this is the place for you. Also had to wait half an hour for fast food. Will never be going to another dairy queen again. Edit 6hrs later still feel terrible
It was pretty busy and we had a mobile order so we were just standing around. The staff were aware of us and were concerned that they might have missed our order. I’m impressed how they made sure they served everyone.
