Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I was given the complete wrong Blizzard, which isn't a big deal at all, but I was expected to just take the wrong one and live with it 😂 so bizarre. When I said I would like what I ordered, I was treated like I had just cancelled Christmas or something. So crazy. DECENT customer service these days is just so rare it's sad. This is such a small thing, but it obviously bothered me enough that I came here to review LOL when I said "thank you!" was met with a SUPER pleasant "sure." with an eye roll and walk away.

I don’t know what I did to upset her. I got a huge eye roll from her, but I didn’t do anything. It felt like she was telling me I should leave and not come in to disturb her rest. I’m not sure. Maybe she was tired, or maybe she just doesn’t like her job. I respect anyone who works hard for a living. But respect goes both ways, especially when you work in the service industry. If you don’t love your job, you should leave and give someone else a chance, because finding a job right now isn’t easy.

We hosted our daughter's birthday party here. DQ's staff did a great job with the ice cream cake, were kind, and accommodating. Thank you for helping us make great memories!

My experience at Dairy Queen was nothing short of excellent. Drive thru ordering can be stressful for a large family of six.
The gentlemen working here are clear and concise they make sure I always have what was ordered. I cannot thank the staff enough for their willingness to help and provide excellent customer service.

No grill to cook the burgers they just microwave them, and service is slow like ultra slow, and they always wanna fight with you..... bathrooms are super gross. I don't know when they last cleaned those. it looks like it's been years.. they also never clean their oil in the deep fryers. The food is definitely not what it used to be.... just the worst DQ ever.....

Running a scam with ads promoting a one day sale of ice cream... Upon arrival to find that you have to have read the tiny fine print on the bottom of the ad signs somehow that the discount is unavailable for 24 hours after downloading the app. Store staff are unwilling to do anything about it. Miserable customer service quality and a perfectly executed scam.

Edit: I see in response their corporate PR puppet is trying to feign concern but the staff in the store itself also didn't hesitate to blame some distant corporate policy to excuse themselves from caring to do anything about it. Isn't that convenient - the machine is so big that everyone working within it feel helpless to do anything but pass the buck.

Was just there, got the order completely wrong and was trying to say I was in the wrong. Got a burger and the bacon isn’t cooked and cold, the cheese is not melted, burger was definitely undercooked. fries and onion rings were ice cold. The staff was very rude to me will not be returning to this location

Ordering through the drive through the woman was so quiet we could barely hear. When getting to the window she mumbled our order back to us to which we said okay, and paid and then only after we saw them making the order (mini and they made a medium) we asked again to confirm that both should have been minis. The lady shut the window and ignored us. A few minutes later a man opened the window saying, you confirmed and you paid so no refund or change. We said that's fine but we asked for minis and the lady was so quiet and mumbled so we didn't realize till we could visibly see you making them so see they were wrong. To which he said you confirmed so you knew. We just accepted and was given our blizzards to which they didn't flip (not important but just another thing)
Just poor customer service.
