The Blizzards at this location are way better than the others. Staff are friendly but it's a bit slow. You do tend to wait for your food.

I recently visited this Dairy Queen and was really impressed with the service and food quality. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and my order was ready quickly. The ice cream was delicious and exceeded my expectations. Overall, I'd definitely recommend Dairy Queen to anyone looking for a tasty treat.

Horrible customer service. I ordered a blizzard and the lady condescendingly says to my husband and what do you want? The whole place is dirty. Won’t be back to this location

Just received my order at just around 9:50 pm, June 14th. I ordered a blizzard of the month. They didn’t serve it to me upside down, and on their menu it says if it’s not served upside down, you get a free blizzard.

I told them they didn’t serve it upside down, and the two Indian girls working (no name tags) said they’d take it back to re-hand it to me upside down. I said, no they’ve always done it for me when they don’t serve it upside down. She said “give it back to me and I’ll do it for you now.”

I said no, I want my free blizzard. Again, she then said she couldn’t do that for me. Again, I told her the sign says what it says for the freebie. She asked what I got and what size, I told her a medium. She said “i can’t do that size for you” I said “small is fine” and she then said “I’ll give you a mini”

They were laughing at me for not doing THEIR job properly in the first place. Your customer service sucks.

Went for blizzards twice at this DQ, guess I didn't learn the first time. Both times I got the same order for my fiance and I. I always get the strawberry cheese cake and she gets an Oreo Blizzard and adds cheesecake pieces to it. The first time, the blizzard wasn't even mixed properly and we both got about 4 pieces of cheese cake. The second time, again the blizzards weren't mixed, all the toppings on the top of the blizzard but this time, my fiance didn't even get cheesecake pieces. Of course, we took them home to eat so couldn't do anything about it. Not going back.

Ordered a medium sundae and was charged for a large. Was not given a receipt. Beware.

Really disappointing experience. Staff acted annoyed when I simply asked for napkins, which were hidden behind the counter. My Diet Coke was warm, the fries tasted old and reheated, and when my daughter’s cone dropped immediately after being handed to us, they made us buy another one instead of replacing it. Terrible service and clearly no pride in the food they’re serving, will not be back.

I was given the complete wrong Blizzard, which isn't a big deal at all, but I was expected to just take the wrong one and live with it 😂 so bizarre. When I said I would like what I ordered, I was treated like I had just cancelled Christmas or something. So crazy. DECENT customer service these days is just so rare it's sad. This is such a small thing, but it obviously bothered me enough that I came here to review LOL when I said "thank you!" was met with a SUPER pleasant "sure." with an eye roll and walk away.

I don’t know what I did to upset her. I got a huge eye roll from her, but I didn’t do anything. It felt like she was telling me I should leave and not come in to disturb her rest. I’m not sure. Maybe she was tired, or maybe she just doesn’t like her job. I respect anyone who works hard for a living. But respect goes both ways, especially when you work in the service industry. If you don’t love your job, you should leave and give someone else a chance, because finding a job right now isn’t easy.

We hosted our daughter's birthday party here. DQ's staff did a great job with the ice cream cake, were kind, and accommodating. Thank you for helping us make great memories!

Kid-friendliness: Friendly and chill despite wild children making lots of noise.
