Dairy Queen (Treat)

Brutal. Brutal Brutal. Never ever go here. Unless you have hours to kill. I had to wait to edit this because I knew there would be some kind of canned BS response and sure enough a canned response that means nothing. How about doing something about the you guys pretending to clean while just standing there looking disinterested. The line was huge and you had this guy just standing there with a spray bottle in his hand doing nothing. The manager didn’t even look like she knew how to work the ice cream machine. We were completely forgot about and when we did get our order (24.50 worth for three items) DQ has gone downhill in lots of locations but they sure have bombed north of Duncan. As I said don’t spend your money here unless your looking to be disappointed.

I’ve been enjoying the ice cream and Orange Julius treats for many years. They are tasty and made with care by great staff. There is one employee in particular who has been there for years providing quality service. This clearly shows that the employees are happy and as a result, they bring that positive energy to their customers. Well done!

They could’ve told me they didn’t have the queso dip BEFORE I ordered my pretzel sticks, which were one of few things available (not their fault for that though), but they were still good. Gave me the wrong blizzard too but I honestly like it more than what I ordered so I’m not complaining there.

It was a long hike to the food court, only to find that DQ was sold out of hamburgers.Bought 2 x A&W ? ?

Went there on Friday 28th of July around 7:00 pm.A young fellow took my order.I Ordered 2 medium triple berry smoothies.Upon paying, their debit machine gives a tip option.I gave a decent tip amount.Upon standing on the ‘waiting for order’ end for what seemed like an eternity and seeing everyone else around me receiving their orders, even those who arrived after me, I asked about my order.The two girls who are were working on the orders, looked at me quizzically.I realized they not only hadn’t started my order, but that they had no idea what I had ordered.Upon finding out, and finally starting my order, what I finally ended up receiving wasn’t even correct.I got a small triple berry smoothie, not the medium one I had ordered and paid for (with tip $)Never had this issue with any other Dairy Queen before.I won’t be back to this DQ.Only went there because I happened to be in the mall.

They had a sign that said “no ice cream.” Dairy Queen????

Clearly ordering here is an inconvenience for the staff. Make sure you have time. 7 minutes for one julius.

So i was at this location when I ordered a drink and the short black girl at the counter very rudely tells me to wait and then goes to wash equipment by sink for a long time. Whatever, i let it pass and waited patiently. When she came back i tell her my order and she curtly tells me “we don't have that anymore” with a sour look on her face. So i make a different order still being patient despite the fact that she’s acting extremely unprofessional with zero customer service skills. I then ask her to confirm if they really don’t have the chocolate brownie for the blizzard because there was a note on the glass that said so and she tells me “no we still have it” and glares at me. Why put a sign that makes customers confused? Again whatever. But then I asked her to modify the toppings and she refused, glared, sighed, and acted like she couldn’t understand my order sighing and saying “WHAT” loudly even though it was as simple as adding extras in the order. I saw how she treated the customer before me and it was NOT how she treated me at all and i believe my race played a part in it. I cancelled the order and left. I love DQ blizzard and i’ve been a loyal customer for years and this was unacceptable service. See, you just lost sales and customers (i was with other people) I’m never going back here and this girl who’s so unprofessional, acted like she did not want to be there and wouldnt accommodate very simple orders SHOULD NOT BE WORKING HERE PERIOD.

Great friendly service

Very disappointing that they discontinued the pizza dog. I would always get 3 dogs and 2 drink's. Now I will just go to Costco for a hotdog and drink. Very sad, Orange Julius.
