Amazing experience at Drip Coffee! The staff were incredibly friendly and polite, which made us feel so welcome. We were visiting Nanaimo from out of town and spotted the café from the beach at Departure Bay — it looked too good not to check out. We’re so glad we did! Great atmosphere and excellent service. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area. we were only in Nanaimo for 3 days and stopped every day.

Have always loved this location for its bright light and gorgeous view. The food is always incredible and the drinks just as good. Had a small issue with our order today and the girls behind the counter were super sweet and understanding. Made the moment right and even got my partner and I a new one. Just overall incredible service. Shoutout to all the ladies working today. You were all amazing. The manager also came to check in with us after.

Delightful experience! Great people, great place, great view, great treats! AND they have real chocolate milk so I could get my London Smog (London Fog with chocolate milk instead of regular milk 🤩🤤). It was so delicious! The ginger cookie was chewy and flavourful and perfect too. So great, so grateful! Thank you!! 🙏🫶
