The new owners leave a lot to be desired when it comes to customer service. I've been dealing with Fredrich's for many years and up until the transfer of ownership had never had a bad thing to say. I've been treated rudely on a number of occasions and I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
Second time at the new location. So much more potential. Nice products but friendliness and comfortably is lacking. Even have some music on so it doesn’t feel so awkward. I have been going to the old location for years and I don’t know what changed with the staff because they were so welcoming before. I’m never going back

Switched from Country Bee Honey to Fredrichs Honey! Finally made the drive up from Victoria to get a big pail and happy I did! Family run, they had one of their children helping out on the till and he was so polite and professional. Very fair priced for everything in their store. We ended up buying 15lbs pail of honey, a small jar of fireweed, a bear sized jar of honey, some bees wax and a door mat!
Will for sure revisit! Absolutely worth the drive if you’re coming from Victoria!
