Bought one of everything to try out. The smoothies and food are all well-crafted and delicious. Seriously amazing job with the menu, I hope the current items are all here to stay. I can literally feel the nutrients start fueling my body instantly.
For the owner: Price was a bit of a shock but I was happy to pay for amazing food while supporting local. I think a slightly better rewards program would have me coming back very often.

First reason for a not so glowing review was a $56 lunch that consisted of 2 small soba noodle salads, packaged to go and 2 premade “cold brew smoothies”, definitely had some sticker shock at that considering how basic the ingredients were… it’s not like it’s a dine in spot or things are made to order, it’s basically a fridge lol Secondly, both things we chose were just fine; nothing special. The person at the counter was super nice, which is why 2 stars instead of 1.

I am pleasantly surprised at how good these juices taste. The sweet packs are delicious!! I have ordered twice now. I drink these at work and they help me with my meals while on the go. They are pricey but what's more important you, or the cheap bad food.

Such nice staff and great food and juice!!!I routinely buy the Soba noodle bowls for lunches/dinners (SO DELICIOUS) and they missed a dressing in one and went above and beyond and had it delivered to my house with a complimentary juice!! I’ve never ran to write a review fast enough. So grateful we have a place like this in Nanaimo ???.

Tyler was so helpful and courteous in answering my questions, I was so grateful and it made me want to come in to see the store! I am so impressed with this company and how consistent their products are! My favourite is the chocolate mylk and the oooh la latte!!!! You’ll never go to Starbucks again and why would you when you can get such a healthy alternative?! I crave nothing else now and that is saying a lot for someone who was addicted to Starbucks but I don’t like how unhealthy their packaging and products are so I’ve been trying so hard to make changes and good life has been my go to! Thank you for being such an important part of the community!!!
