My wife & I were at Country Club & decided to try Joe Burger, had one before & it was good. We both ordered the cheese burger with bacon & fries. Order came quickly, the burgers were obviously fresh, hand made, and delicious, fries were hot & crispy. Excellent meal! Highly recommend Joe Burger.

Joe Burgers – Five-Star Smash
This place totally delivered. Right off the bat, the service was awesome. The chef gave us a shout from behind the counter, and the counter person was super friendly and upbeat. Good vibes all around.
Now the burger: I went for the double cheeseburger, and wow. It was phenomenal. The patties were the standout—crispy edges, neat and flat, not overly thick but packed with flavour. The kind of burger that doesn’t need to be stacked six inches tall to impress. The bun was soft and held together perfectly, and the toppings were fresh and well-balanced. Joe’s sauce tied everything together like a dream.
If I had to nitpick, I’d probably go with just one slice of cheese next time (personal preference), but even with the double cheese, it was still one of the best burgers I’ve had in town in ages.
My partner had a regular cheeseburger and had the exact same reaction—pure burger bliss.
No exaggeration—solid five out of five. Definitely going back.

Joes Burgers is hands down THE BEST burger place in Nanaimo, its a hiden little gem inside country club mall, the mall that its located in isn't super awesome but it does have lots of seating and a little play place for small kids. Customer service is absolutely amazing always! It's always the same friendly guy. Joes Burgers is a must.
