Placed an order through their app. App said pickup time was 5:28pm. I left with my food at 6:40pm. Not a single apology, not offered anything to compensate. Pathetic excuse for customer service. When I contacted by email online about this I was ignored. I'll pick up from the mall next time. Anything to avoid coming into this sad excuse of a restaurant.

This is easily the worst restaurant in Canada. Do not go. The staff does not care, they do not pay attention to the guests, we waited 5+ minutes before anyone even took our order, then nearly 20 minutes for 2 meals. The food is absolutely awful. Burgers drowning in mayo, half frozen buns, slimy lettuce. Smashed tacos, sour tasting tomatoes and cold fries. The staff is just completely rude, no other way to describe it than rude and unhappy. The inside of the restaurant is disgusting too. We’ve eaten there 2-3 times in the last year hoping for a better result and I actually think its gotten worse. Avoid this place.

How do you mess up a #1 I asked for a #1 Big Crunch sandwich with a festive fix drink and they gave me a crunch sandwich with a cup for a drink and forgot the fizz ball aswell as my fries.

awful the bathrooms were very unclean there was pee on the seat and it smelt we ordered at 8pm we finally got our food at 840 pm the whole dining area had mess that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned all day and half the food was cold

Shitty customer service , one small fries took 20 minutes to make, chicken always bland, always missing items , don’t like when a customer bother them about how long they take, don’t recommend this place at all , reporting all workers.

Asked to get fries supreme with my Big Crunch meal. Which I’ve gotten dozens of times over the years. Staff said they couldn’t do it. So I had to order the meal and add a separate fries supreme to my food. No sauce for my Popcorn chicken after I requested extra sauce. I asked for cheese on my burger, burger came without cheese. The macaroni salad that came with my meal, expires tomorrow and the container it came in, is ready to tear apart because it’s been sitting so long. Will not be going back there.
