The 4 onion rings I got with my combo were hot but my chicken burger was cold it didn't even melt my cheese . For the amount I paid for meals it was NOT worth it .

Barely any batter on the chicken and was very bland. Fries very soggy. I haven't had kfc in 6 years until today and I won't for even longer now especially as chicken pieces were undercooked....

The staff seemed confused about their own menu items and after ordering two combos with fries, they only gave us 1 fries and made us pay for the second one we already paid for. Awful service.
I was there today the service was not quick and i just ordered the sandwich for that i have to wait for 10 minutes even the people who ordered after me they got there order first that seem so weird and the taste of the sandwich was also not good.

If i could give it a minus star rating i would. I haven't eaten KFC in many years, we decided to have it for a change. OMG It was a disgrace, no Kentucky flavor what so ever, Beyound dry and overly crunchy. You would think the francise would try harder with all the competition out there They have dropped the ball here. We will never go again. Very poor It shows no one cares at KFC NO Manager or upper Management has responded to anyone's reviews. THAT SAYS IT ALL THEY DONT CARE

Just got our pre ordered food delivered 2 hours late. Told they "lost" the online order. This establishment is a joke. Do Popeyes or Mary browns please don't waste your time or money here. Ordered over 100$ of food to feed family and guests. What a mistake this turned out to be. By the looks of the last reviews I highly doubt someone reaches out to me either.
