Lee's Famous Recipe Chicken

i ordered on door dash ,the gravy was dripping all over the side of the gravy cup, no butter for my biscuit, no napkins and my onion rings were ice cold in the middle. i’d have to say this is worst i’ve ever gotten from lees, i hope this is not ongoing thing bc i love lees chicken.

This place has gone downhill the wait times are ridiculous employees stand around doing nothing will not longer support this place...

Absolutely disgusting and total waste of money! My husband bought the 6 pc meal last night and it was a huge disappointment. Pale, limp, undercooked fries, the most bland, chunky gravy, WARM Pepsi, and the chicken was average. $40 down the toilet. Total garbage.

Anyone who knows me, knows I love fried chicken, but especially Lees'. I love the 3 wings fries and gravy meal. I've been getting it since I was a kid when it was four wings fries and gravy and cost $2.99. Now at $14.99, it's harder to purchase, but the manager told me, it's only available if we have the product. I said oh ok. He said we have it but I want to take it off the menu as it messes up the other orders for pieces and what goes in what meal or bucket. (Yes but usually people want the larger pieces, not smaller pieces correct?) I said so you have three spicy wings for me but you are saving it for other customers? He said yes. I guess you don't want my $16.00 after taxes, for three wings.... Ok, well you just lost your longest, most loyal customer. I went home and saved $16.00. So thank you Lee's store manager.

Food was great and best place for our meal with our kids and was not a long wait at all

The food is very fresh and flavourful! They give good amounts of food.

The customer service here was great especially the girl up front . I think she is Asian. My favourite place to get chicken in town definitely would recommend:)

My go-to order is a box of tenders and a box of onion rings, they do both of those very well! Also LOVE their honey mustard dip, it's the best of any chain.

I order delivery from Lee's sometimes and other times I pick it up in person.

Lots of chicken options and different sides here, nothing I've tried over the years has been BAD but I find the wedges to be underwhelming.

Parking: Located in a shopping mall, plenty of free parking.

We went through drive-through and didn't have to wait long at all! Chicken was fresh as well as the fries.

Got a 12 piece bone-in. The chicken pieces were extremely small, severely dry and overcooked. It’s like they took leftover chicken from the day before reheated it and gave it to us. Definitely will not be returning.

I went there to pick an order from
dd. The lady at the front was ignorant. I thought she was busy with drive through or at the customer who was ahead of me. I was waiting there more than 10mins with my bag. She didn’t even hesitate to ask about the number or name. I looked back I saw there were about 6 people
Waiting to order. Suddenly another deliver guy came and cut us and asked for his order. The front lady gave him the order. I was shocked then I interrupted her conversation with the customer and asked for my order. Guess what? The Order was lying there for more than 15ish minutes I believe. I wasted my 10mins there for no reasons. No one expects such unprofessionals from Lees. Thanks

Chicken was bland, overall lacking in flavour. Listen, I got high the other night, and I was definitely more cooked than this food. Jokes aside, I did question whether the chicken was fully cooked. If this was a cool, crisp autumn day, perhaps a warm Pepsi might have been sufficient. But at this point, I have drinks in the back of my car, rolling around, full heat all day, and they were colder than my Pepsi. Would give 0 stars, but the McCain Deep’n Delicious you can order through the drive through was the saving grace. Again, jokes aside, I’m not sure if it is due to new management, but the quality at this restaurant has gone down hill considerably.
