I just ate the best chicken I've had in years. It was cooked perfectly and fresh out of the fryer. I had mine to go but while waiting for it to cook i did note that the interior is showing it's age. The staff was friendly and cheerful. I most definitely did not regret this meal, I will be back.

Girl in drive thru was nice until I realized the order was wrong. I asked for a 6 piece strip meal with a root beer and wedges. She said ok drive thru. I paid 30 something dollars and thought… why so expensive? Got my bag and asked her where the root beer was. She said family meal doesn’t come with a drink. I said I ordered a root beer in the order. She proceeded to argue with me about what I ordered. Stated they didn’t have a 6 piece strip meal. Didn’t clarify at the speaker my order and what I asked for. English was not her first language. Acted like I was the problem. So so rude. Won’t be going there again. Make sure they hear and understand your order before you pay.

I had to come here and give this establishment a 1 star simply for the “jumbo dipper” size. Look at this! They are soooo tiny and it’s very disappointing. They are not “jumbo” dippers they are not even chicken stripped size.

i ordered on door dash ,the gravy was dripping all over the side of the gravy cup, no butter for my biscuit, no napkins and my onion rings were ice cold in the middle. i’d have to say this is worst i’ve ever gotten from lees, i hope this is not ongoing thing bc i love lees chicken.

Absolutely disgusting and total waste of money! My husband bought the 6 pc meal last night and it was a huge disappointment. Pale, limp, undercooked fries, the most bland, chunky gravy, WARM Pepsi, and the chicken was average. $40 down the toilet. Total garbage.

Anyone who knows me, knows I love fried chicken, but especially Lees'. I love the 3 wings fries and gravy meal. I've been getting it since I was a kid when it was four wings fries and gravy and cost $2.99. Now at $14.99, it's harder to purchase, but the manager told me, it's only available if we have the product. I said oh ok. He said we have it but I want to take it off the menu as it messes up the other orders for pieces and what goes in what meal or bucket. (Yes but usually people want the larger pieces, not smaller pieces correct?) I said so you have three spicy wings for me but you are saving it for other customers? He said yes. I guess you don't want my $16.00 after taxes, for three wings.... Ok, well you just lost your longest, most loyal customer. I went home and saved $16.00. So thank you Lee's store manager.

The food is very fresh and flavourful! They give good amounts of food.

The customer service here was great especially the girl up front . I think she is Asian. My favourite place to get chicken in town definitely would recommend:)

My go-to order is a box of tenders and a box of onion rings, they do both of those very well! Also LOVE their honey mustard dip, it's the best of any chain.

I order delivery from Lee's sometimes and other times I pick it up in person.

Lots of chicken options and different sides here, nothing I've tried over the years has been BAD but I find the wedges to be underwhelming.

Parking: Located in a shopping mall, plenty of free parking.
