We call in an order an hour ahead of our pick up time. I came into the store for pick up and it still was not ready. We had to wait an additional 30 minutes in the store. We are having a birthday and have a hoard of hungry kids at home. Not impressed little ceasers, it was in fact not hot and ready.

Crazy puff for the win, and the servis provided by all the staff is great but Dave is the reason I go to Bowen location over the north end location.even my daughter says I hope Daves working tonight every time we get pizza. He even comes out to the car to say hi to my dog Lucy ,that's if he's not 2 busy making the best pizza in town.
Pizza was good but Dave was great his service was exceptional and showcased exactly what you would want to see from a pizza establishment. Thanks for all the help

Me and my friends came in a super late and they didn't even question it. With diligence and integrity they started up their ovens and made us one helluva pizza made with the effort and care one wouldn't expect after one of the busiest days of their year. They were super sweet they treated us like guests in their own home. The respect we were given was like no other pizza place. I will order here from now on due to your night staffs from the 18th of September! 2024

Hire more staff. What an unorganized mess of an establishment. I spent 10 minutes waiting to be served, once I was up they couldn’t tell me what was hot n ready and then I was left to twiddle my thumbs some more while they tried to figure it out. At this point I lost all hope and went a block down the street to Ali Baba Pizza. Quick prompt service and good pizza there. I’d like to add this was not the staffs fault. It looked like poor scheduling and inadequate training. The staff in there looked stressed out!

I ordered a pizza in store and when I grabbed it off the counter I dropped it. Dave and the crew replaced it for free. Highly recommend this location!

Went because we were on a budget, and Lil Caesars usually is a safe bet. We ordered a basic pepperoni pizza, crazy bread and the new item, which were the KD cups. Ordering was quick, but we ended up spending 30 dollars for a small amount of food, no problem, was just a bit surprised at the price increases. The couple who took our order were very friendly, the woman even brought it to our car. We were told a 10 min wait, but was almost 25 min. The food was good, other than the crazy bread,it was extremely undercooked, but our dogs got a nice surprise snack out of it?. Food price and quality was mediocre, service was great, aside froma bit of a wait..
