I ordered a gluten-free pizza Bruce Ave. and was told it was gluten-free. Unfortunately, I got very sick — the kind of reaction I only get when I’ve had gluten. This isn’t just a preference it’s a serious health issue and paid extra for this option.
I’m really disappointed and honestly a bit shaken. If you have celiac or a gluten intolerance, I’d be very careful. I hope the restaurant takes this seriously and looks into how they handle gluten-free orders

Must visit store in Nanaimo. The employees are super nice . I love their butter chicken pizza ❤️. Customer service is amazing at all the time .

Ordered a meat lovers pizza with chicken bacon penne for takeout. The pizza had lots of toppings and taste was ok. Although it is a bit too salty for my taste. The chicken bacon had a strong smell of vinegar which was overpowering. It tasted a bit creamy but the vinegar taste/smell was too noticeable and I ended up just throwing the whole thing, which felt like a huge waste. I highly doubt I would be coming back here at anytime soon or at all.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! My friends got hate crimed while getting pizza!! they locked them inside the store saying they stole when they were paying for the pizza. PLEASE THEY NEED A MANAGEMENT UPGRADE!!!!!

I'm just not a fan of the veggie pizzas and meat pizzas being stored on the same plates under the warner. when I go get a couple veggie slices they are always mixed in with the meat pizzas, everytime. (Nanaimo Bruce Avenue location) it's the only place I've seen do that! I can go get slices elsewhere and they'd be on their own plate and not mixed with the meat pizzas.

I'm not sure why you guys mix veggie pizzas with meat pizzas, twice ive gone in to grab a couple slices of veggie pizzas but they are always mixed on the same plate as meat pizzas! Seriously? Ive brought it upto them both times, people buying veggie pizzas don't normally like them touching the meat pizzas. I won't go back, it was my go to spot but not anymore. I'll go elsewhere for my veggie slices.
Decided to try something new today and support a business near my home, so I ordered from Local Pizza for the 1st time. Boy was I excited when I showed up to the empty restaurant at the stated pickup time to see the girl who was making the pizzas standing there aimlessly, and the guy looked around for my pizza and couldn't find it. He went to where the girl was standing, took the ticket down and looked at it and saw that it was mine. He stuttered for a second and LIED through his teeth, saying "Oh, your ticket never printed. We'll start making your order right away" and then put MY order ticket right back where it was! I then sat in my car for 15 minutes while they hurried through my pizza and I finally got it 50 minutes after I originally ordered it. Things happen, but why lie about it? The fact is that the girl just forgot that there was an order in front of her and the guy felt it was easier to lie than to admit that. In the end it was ok, not awful but mediocre at best. The quality wasn't worth the hassle and I won't be back.
