Hands down one of the best dining experiences in the Nanaimo area, and possibly even around mid island!!I had the chef's special and the rest of our group tried various main dishes including the pork roast and 15oz steak - both of which did not disappoint. Flavours were delectable and subtle, and the meats melted in our mouth!We got 3 of the 4 desserts and the peanut butter pie was not like anything peanut butter I've ever had before!!! It's so popular that folks order a whole pie to go!!I've honestly got no words, come check it out for yourself!!

It’s hard for me to leave just a 5 star review because it was at least a 6!! Wow! What an amazing late Valentines dinner. We had wine pairings and dinner that were off the hook!! 5 + course meal. Each course was amazing and the wine pairing was great. The food was amazing and I can’t rave enough. I seriously wanted to lick the plate!!!! Craig our server was fantastic - so point and not in our face but knew exactly when to jump in. The. Wine sommelier was well versed and friendly. The wine selections were great. The unique take on classics like crème brûlée were amazing. Please come but let’s keep this place a bit of a secret for people of discerning taste!! Enjoy!!

Love this place, It has a really great feel to the whole experience, our server knew everything about the menu as they were extremely accommodating to change with some things we ordered, I recommend the truffle fries as a side to anything.Dietary restrictions: Asked ahead of ordering what the allergies could be, that is a nice touch

Very disappointed. My ling cod was 100% murdered, aka over cooked. The short ribs were dry and food took forever to come. I had accidentally messed up a reservation and it honestly felt like the restaurant took that out on me. I apologized profusely but host wasn't impressed. I really liked the restaurant but left disappointed for the money spent.

Walked in on Wednesday and they snuck in a family of 3 of us on a cancelation. What luck. The food was so delicious! A highlight of our trip. The wine flight was tasty too - a great local wine was included. 5 courses with different dishes for the three of us to share (or not!). Service was friendly and the care and skill in sourcing and preparing the food was amazing. Stop looking and just eat here-seriously!
