Great service and friendly staff! Things are getting a tad expensive lately. I had two items and it cost just over $20

Extremely salty . Waited for awhile. Had 3 pieces of chicken raw at the bone. No fries and 1 tiny coleslaw big enough for a 3 year old. Never ever going back. People told me not to go. Should if listened... Alot of money down the drain. Very expensive.

I had friendly service and they were fine with me having a pet carrier in the dining area.

Don't bother unless you want undercooked chicken and food poisoning. Never again.

This place has totally gone downhill. The chicken tenders used to be huge and juicy and so flavourful. Chicken tenders are now measly 1.5 inch long pieces of dried out chicken with no flavour. Have reached out through the feedback on their website twice now and they do not care.
Used to eat there once a week. Gave them 2 chances to see if chicken tenders would improve but they havent, will never again return to this location.

I've never had a bad experience at Mary Brown's. Staff was super friendly. Fries were literally cold when the order was ready. We ordered a side of gravy and it was so thick, like a single big blob in the container (again old food). We tried the spicy chicken and it was also quite old as it had been sitting and tasted terrible. I've always said they make the best chicken. I'm not sure if it was just this store, or if it's the norm, but it was bad enough that we won't return 😢

Food was amazing there prices were fabulous and when they say that 10 dollars at Mary browns will fill you up there not wrong I loved the food and me and family of 4 ate and spent less then 30 dollars and we were filled to the rim I really enjoyed coming to this Mary browns and especially with the new kid they hired he always had a smile on his face and he made the visit better. I’m looking forward to seeing him and to eating there amazing chicken

Vegetarian options: Even tho Mary browns is known for there Chicken I still recommend going there since the coleslaw is fabulous

Parking: Parking was always available

Kid-friendliness: The staff were super nice they gave my kid a free juice box

Wheelchair accessibility: Two other customers were eating when we walked in and they were in a wheelchair I think anyone can go and eat there especially with there friendly staff who help them

So incredibly unorganized... they have no clue what is going on and are falling behind... the guy at the till has his hat so low you can't even see his mouth and can't understand a word he says... they are messing up every order, and so meny people who have been waiting for 20+ min are coming back because they got the wrong order or was mixed up. In stead of calling out the order number, they are calling out the orders and multiple people ordered similar meals.

People are walking out and the business is loosing valuable customers. Incredibly unprofessional.
