This is the most disgusting McDonald's I have ever been in!! Dirty tables, cold food, warm drinks. I can just imagine the shape of the washrooms! My wallet was stollen and the only help is the manager will phone you. Surprise!! They have not called! When I wanted to talk to staff there were about 5 of them in a circle chatting!

The cooks at this McDonald’s are not very bright. They don’t realize that full fat beef has more than enough grease in it. So they go and slather their grill with more oil than a Sumerian Prince, and basically drench their food in fat. Nearly every time I eat from THIS location specifically, I feel ill. Go to Terminal Ave McDonald’s for an example of how the food should be cooked. This place is disgusting, and that doesn’t even cover their filthy lobby.

We ordered a Happy Meal with pancakes for our child today. Unfortunately, no toppings were included — not even maple syrup or butter. The pancakes came completely plain, which was really disappointing, especially since it’s a kids’ meal and our child was expecting a proper breakfast.
On top of that, we had to wait a very long time for our order. It’s frustrating when both the wait time is excessive and the order is incomplete.
I hope the restaurant takes more care in checking orders and improving service speed.

Love it when people tell me I can’t tell the difference. McDonald’s pulling same thing as Tim’s. Serving burnt coffee. Had best cup of coffee there yesterday. Went this morning and it’s gross. Asked for a fresh cup and was told it was fresh. Um nope! It’s not! If you are a coffee drinker! People!!!YOU CAN TELL THE DIFFERENCE!

The other locations in town are much higher quality .. don’t know how it’s possible for this location to put out such vastly worse product than the rest . The stale unsalted fries are always cold and floppy
