No meat on Big Mac and Pattie on top of the sesame bun?? Fries tasted a day old I call could not get through for 3 hrs or more and then the manager was awful telling me it all cant be bad like what ? Yes it can and you didnt eat it she then told me she wasnt going to help me and told to call back another time and she cut me off the whole conversation just rude! Then she hung up on me just unreal she should not be a manager of anywhere ! So unprofessional and rude
Never thought id give a franchise a review but people have to know this. Their coffee taste like water. I thought it was a fluke but it happened on more than one occassion. The mcd on bowen is much MUCH better

Officially the worst McDonald's in the city of Nanaimo. There are homeless people living around this location and the washrooms are very nasty.

You have to make a purchase to use the washroom, fair enough. But when you do you’re instructed to go down a hallway and press a button. The hallway is completely blocked by a table. The employee insisted that actually the bathroom is open .. until corrected by a manager that no it’s actually closed.
