Well I took a chance went into this establishment to use their washroom and to purchase lunch. After figuring out the security button to get into the men’s washroom there was not a stall suitable for use filthy urine in places I did not want to have to deal with. I decided to use the handicap washroom. After having to approach a manager to get the key off from security security alerted me that the washroom was unuseable due to dirty conditions. When the washroom was opened by a McDonald’s worker there was faeces everywhere well the security guard mention it’s been like that for three days. I approached a manager and reported the conditions and asked if it could be cleaned. I’m not sure what the manager was dealing with on their cell phone at a time but they never stop typing never took their eyes off from their screen and bumbled something that was illelegible for me to understand. I stated that I came here to use their washroom and to enjoy lunch. I walked out with no order and no washroom.

They have sealed all the plug-ins up so not a laptop friendly McDonald's. Also, not the cleanest as I was there an hour and didn't see any staff come around for the tables or floors. What I ordered was good though. Also, the place was safe during my visit.

I was there for an interview today, and idk what I expected lol. The interview questions were laughable, as were the steps of applying online. I don't think myself above such work normally, but this place is complete chaos. Constant noise and the manager seemed very young and inexperienced. It was kind of insulting to be interviewed by them, I should have been the one asking all of the questions. The table I was interviewed on along with all the tables and surfaces in sight, were all dirty. I don't blame em for not having all of the time in the world to clean and get everything done but, lack of cleanliness is a health hazard... inexcusable for such an insanely rich mega-corporation. I would never eat here even if I were drunk and starving after seeing how its looking in there.

Terrible food presentation. I don’t know how they can charge restaurant prices and their food is so easy to be made. Like an easy bake oven and it looks like this. Barely any lettuce. I ordered extra. The kids burgers had tortilla chips on them. The wrap and Big Mac looked like they made it by throwing it accross the room. Check this out.

Went to get the adult happy meal, gave us no happy meal boxes as they are "out". They didn't tell us that when ordered. They apologized when I asked where my box was as it's nostalgic... Added extra pickles to my burger and didn't't get them. When I opened my big Mac box, there was soft white plastic hanging outta my burger. The woman who refunded us was rude, told us she would check who made the burger... I watched her make it while waiting...... She told us not to be rude, I'm sorry your restaurant is dirty, floors greasy (we were slipping around like we were on a slip and slide), no tables were cleaned, I needed to use the washroom/I buzzed to get in and wasn't let in, plastic in my food and I'm not allowed to be upset! This place needs new management and workers. Most disgusting McDonald's I've ever been too!

As a regular and loyal client, I was horrified at the state of cleanliness throughout the Facility.As a public figure I believe it is within my right to permanently close the Restaurant due to rampant health code violations.I find the cleanliness of construction toilets to be in better sanitation condition.It's very Clear to Me that they pay too much for Security and not enough to the cleaning staff.Furthermore, their abusive use of foreign workers pushes them to take these coat cutting measures. It's a Travesty that someone's passport can be held in Like of paying a proper cleaner. I don't understand how they can afford to have a 'well paid' fully armed security guard in lieu of a properly equipped Hazmat cleaner that this franchisee desperately needs.I do believe that the only thing appropriate would be to have the owner of this outlet clean the toilets with her own toothbrush.
