If you're not going to be open 24 hours, change your signage! Also report to your app that your closed so I don't drive to your location to find you are closed anyway.
Update, review two:
I love consistency in my life, but consistently bad is not something I enjoy. Drive through closed at 6:15am, but the app still allowed me to order, I saw another customer pull up to the drive through entrance and leave, I'm not the only one disappointed by this. Also in the evening, I don't think the fries could have been colder unless they were still frozen. Why do I do this to myself?

Jonathon who took my order was extremely rude. He asked if I was collecting points and I didn’t hear him so he said “ARE. YOU. COLLECTING. POINTS.” As if I was a toddler in trouble. I was shocked. He talked in a very rude tone for the rest of our short interaction. I was heading to work so I did not have time to sit and talk to the manager about his behaviour. I understand being frustrated and making minimum wage but you are still expected to act like a professional. I think management needs to have a conversation about professional conduct with their employees because that was completely unacceptable.

I have been to this McDonald's a lot. It's typically the one I go to. Most of the staff are very good but there are some that don't provide the type of service I expect from McDonald's. I've been to McDonald's all over the world and especially all over BC. I asked for light ketchup on my breakfast sandwich, I will leave a picture below. Most of my food has been great but I seem to find issues when dealing with the same individual.

I’ve had food from this McDonald’s before and the experience was already disappointing, but this time was the worst by far. I came in late at night and clearly told them I was willing to wait so I could get fresh food. I was on a 30-minute break from work and waited at the window for about five minutes.
What I received was anything but fresh. The burger patty was so stale it was barely chewable, and the Coke tasted like flavored water rather than an actual Coke. For a place that serves fast food, quality and basic freshness should not be this bad.
Stick to the left lane in the drive through apparently they ignore the people in the right lane I sat there and watched 6 cars drive through past on the left side before they even thought about switching to the right side it’s absolutely ridiculous

OK, so I walked in and immediately it smelt like something died. I go over to the kiosk. It’s all glitchy so then I just go over to the front ask for my food, but then the girl starts taking so long and had to bring out a calculator on your phone while swearing and then after that I waited 20 minutes because everyone in the back was just laughing and not doing their job I finally got my food and it was cold. Honestly, worst experience I’ve had at McDonald’s.

Good option to have a late dinner or just a coffee. 4 stars because sometimes it's a challenge to find a clean table, and the sanitizer container is usually empty.

poor service, their staff is rude almost every time. either mess up my order or forget to give dippings, just today they didn’t give me my dipping for the nuggets for a take out order. i found it later after i reached home. never going back to this shitty place.
