poor service, their staff is rude almost every time. either mess up my order or forget to give dippings, just today they didn’t give me my dipping for the nuggets for a take out order. i found it later after i reached home. never going back to this shitty place.

Bathrooms are locked, they don’t put out condiments, and the WiFi doesn’t work, so safe to say it’s generally a sketchy location. All tables were dirty. Food was fine and made in a reasonable time.

I went to the drive thru and place my order when I got to the window to pay and get my order I saw I was missing something do I ask them it was on the receipt but was told to repay for the missing idem then rude staff said I was rude by yelling when I never yelled I just ask nice where my missing order was..

Great service by #victoria at the front this evening. She went above and beyond. Listened to our order attentively and smiled all the way. Gave a free baloon to the baby. Quick and warm food!

It took over 30 minutes to receive a small drive-thru order, and it was clear that the staff were chatting instead of focusing on service. On top of that, the beverages were completely flat. Even after we mentioned it and they replaced them, the new drinks were still flat. Overall, a disappointing experience that needs improvement in both service efficiency and product quality.

Went to get two chicken wraps yesterday afternoon, the girl at the window told us to pull ahead to spot #1 to wait (someone was already parked there). We didn’t know what to do so my partner went in to get the food and they were talking rudely about him before he spoke up and said he was right there. Then their attitude completely changed and they were nice. Totally unacceptable to talk poorly about customers. Won’t be returning to this location we are very disappointed.
