Went into store to order, 40 minute wait for food that was incorrect and missing items. Half a dozen other customers with incorrect orders and missing items filled the service counter area.
I have never had to wait this long at a McDonald's before, and incorrect orders should be a rarity.

If you'd like to wait 30-40 minutes to get the wrong order and then have the rest of your food go cold while you wait for the rest of your missing items to arrive than this is the location for you. Very unaccommodating and panicked with no organization in the back. This place needs to be retrained I've never had such a bad experience at a McDonald's.

Every single time I come to this McDonald’s they make me pull up and wait. Today there are 6 cars waiting for their food. Just the worst cooks. The worst service. And I don’t think it’s too hard to listen to an order and give that person that order. Pretty simple

I don't think I have ever been here and not had to wait for my food. I just went through and had to wait for over 5 minutes and when I finally got my food they had forgotten part of it. I choose to go to other places when possible as every experience here has been so poor.
My order was wrong. I asked for no onions. It was covered in them.

I had a disappointing experience at the McDonald’s at Rutherford road. The place wasn’t very clean, and I saw fruit flies near the food. The restroom soap smelled terrible. Also, we ordered a certain size of poutine from the menu, but they didn’t have it and gave us a different size. I hope these issues get fixed!
