If you work nights, don’t bother showing up between 3am - 5am as they are always closed for their change over that’s only supposed to be 20 minutes but seems to take 45 minutes. Could be closed at 3am, 4am. Your guess is as good as mine!

I go here when Wendy’s screws up. Always tastes like McDonald’s if that’s a good thing.

Update: car battery died in curbside delivery spot and staff (Brady) came out and tried to help and management seemed to encourage him to go above and beyond, didn’t have a beefy enough battery to get it started but construction crew onsite ended up boosting me with their truck. This was above and beyond examples of people being good humans, thanks everyone!

The assistant day time manager when approached by staff ( who were either training or under trained) to fix an issue with my meal, dealt with me like I was a problem and created tension for no reason. Her staff seemed nervous to have made a mistake while seeking advice from her on how to deal with it

ordered a caramel iced coffee — first they made it with too much syrup, so I asked for a remake. The second time, the lady didn’t put any syrup at all and just handed it to me like that. Extremely poor service and no attention to the order. Very disappointed.
