On the plus side if you enjoy seeing junkies with their shit covered bare asses right in your face when you eat, this is the right place for you.

No mats very slippery, save 10 cents on a cup but each bag costs 25 cents plus tax, and the bag doesn’t even close so your food gets wet considering it rains 4out of 7 days a week here

It’s always nice to get incredible service at McDonald’s. The manger must know what he’s doing because the staff look happy and treated us right. The cheerful young lady who served us was a delight. I think the option for Table Service is a nice touch. Honestly I haven’t had a sit down dinner in a McDonald’s in a long time… but I think next time I’m stop for a last minute road trip burger with the kids, and I’m in north h Nanaimo, I’ll seriously consider Mc’y D’s!
PS I think this might be the cleanest franchise iv ever seen!

I just came there sometimes back and it was a ridiculous service. I ordered for take away fries , hot coffee and muffin. First the order was not packed and given to me as dine in, then the coffee was cold and the girl took out muffin without using tongs. I asked to change the coffee and when I tasted it was so bad without sugar and way too butter. I requested to hear up the muffin and the girl did not know how to get a up muffin and I end up waited so long. Then when she got the muffin after so much of wait the muffin was still cold. I would never visit this location again . Looks like there is all new staff and not at all trained.

The worst McDonald service I had in my life.I asked for a coffee 2 cream and one and a half sugar. I want through the drive thru and tasted it no sugar was added.i told them the lady oh and closed the window and i waited then she gave sugar and stir stick for me to it myself.if this was Tim Hortons they will apologize and do the coffee properly.pls don’t go to this location they don’t understand what you are telling i think we should learn Tagalog to go to this location
