If i could give zero stars for service and atmosphere it would be more realistic...the staff do their best i was there at a peak time and only 2 staff doing their best and the very outdated depressing surroundings doesn't do anything to make food taste good...the criticisms are for the franchise owner not the hardworking demoralized staff..i left ...

Disgusting dirty. Tables not clean, garbage all over the counter where the drinks are, inside garbage cans overflowing. Wish the health department would do a surprise inspection

We try to avoid fast food but do like to stop in for an ice cream. The food is generally consistent between stores but I got a strawberry mcflurry that was inedible. Too much sauce, maybe? Tasted of chemical.

One of the best Mcdonalds in town. Staff were very accomodating even it's busy during our visit. Food was great, too. Special order in the sandwich was followed. Kudos to everyone working here.

This McDonald’s is usually my go-to and I’ve never had any problems before, but this time was a terrible experience. I went around 5:50 AM and waited at the speaker for over 5 minutes with no response. Drove up to the window and waited there too. Eventually, a guy named Eman came. I told him no one responded at the speaker, and instead of apologizing, he rudely said, “I can take your order now.”

I ordered two Egg McMuffins (no meat, both with habanero sauce) and a wrap with no tomato. Got the food—again, no thank you or basic customer service. When I checked it, the wrap had tomato, and both McMuffins had bacon. I had specifically asked for no meat.

Went through the drive-thru again, and it was the same person at the window. Still no apology. They gave me replacement sandwiches, but again, both were missing the habanero sauce I had clearly requested.

To top it off, he didn’t refund the price difference between the bacon and the plain egg sandwiches. Just really poor service from start to finish. A simple “sorry” and attention to the order would’ve made all the difference. Very disappointed.

It's McDonald's, slowly it's eroding to something I don't recognize from my childhood sadly. Sadly it's starting to feed regularly families. But that's lazy family is not a giant conglomerate like McDonald's fault.
