Very disappointed in the pizza here and lack of service communication. Minimal toppings at a high price point. No transparent communication if a request is unachievable or on extra charges. Not worth it.
We had a lovely person come in to our work selling coupons. He shared how people love that you can add however many toppings you want and load it up here. This encouraged us to buy the coupon, as my husband is a double the toppings person. Perfect way to try this place! Our first experience, we call, ask if we can use the coupon, order their meat lover type pizza. He asked for double everything they say no problem. We arrive and are charged $17 for the extra toppings but are handed a pizza with a regular amount of toppings. Maybe 10 extras morsels of sausage (not exaggerated). The cost, if it was actually loaded with the double toppings, wouldn't have been an issue but to charge $17 and you can count the 10 pepperoni, and minimal sauce and cheese is insane. If that's extra toppings than this place is not worth they hype for a regular pizza, it must be half bare. If you cannot double the toppings, you say that at the time of order. You do not charge an insane amount for something your not even able to provide. Very disappointed in what felt like a scam to get us in with the purchase of the coupons and then over charge.

Sorry? What am I missing? I saw the pizza I've , but it looks and tastes like my pizza was microwaved. And $20 for what is a very small pizza? This isn't Gourmet thin crust Italian pizza, this is fast food generic pizza at Gourmet prices.

I’m really disappointed with my experience at MOD Pizza today. I had to wait far too long for my order, even though it wasn’t busy. Staff didn’t give any updates, and the service felt unorganized. I usually enjoy MOD Pizza, but this time the delay and lack of communication made the whole visit frustrating. Hoping they improve their service because customers shouldn’t have to wait this long for a simple order.

It used to be so good! It used to be that you could come in and choose your toppings but now they will refuse to add things when you ask for them. A staff member told us that if you ask for more than a pinch of something they charge you extra.
Bad experience..the person working there was in a total rush, did not stop to listen, throwing it together..I barely got any toppings because he was so rushy..then my pizza was burnt along the edge and underneath.

Great pizza here! Fresh ingredients and delicious crust. The mega thick crust is also thin but slightly thicker than tortilla thin. So many varieties and options for base sauce, cheeses, toppings, meat, spices and sauces.
Service is excellent. The staff are very welcoming, professional and friendly. They are community-focused and support local causes and schools as well.
The atmosphere is wonderful. I see all ages here. Comfortable seats, good lighting, and good music (not loud, good taste)
