Very friendly staff. Jashan and Kingston were great- they gave us lots of options in creating our custom pizzas. Had a kids meal and an adults sized. Very happy - we could customize each 1/2 of a shared pizza. Good value. Excellent pizza! Great customer service. Two thumbs up ??

I was THRILLED to discover a Mod Pizza here in Nanaimo. Their build your own pizza and salad concept has been a favourite for years in the states. My pizza yesterday- the first one on the island- was delicious. I always get their cauliflower crust as it's gluten free. Sonia takes great pride in making sure it's done as you like it and it didn't disappoint. If you haven't been, Mod is a great spot for dining in or take-out. I had another amazing experience at MOD pizza! The ingredients are always fresh and the customer service is amazing!! I was helped by Jashan today and she made the perfect pizza!! I will definitely be coming back!! I love the stamp card and the good vibes. The pizza is always delicious!!!

My hat is off to Sonia and her team tonight. The food is great but the service is phenomenal. I tried the cauliflower crust tonight for the first time as a staff member told me it was great…..Thank you, as it was awesome! BTW…you are an artist at doing Pizza! Myself and hubby go every Saturday evening as part of our Date night. Thank you and see you next Saturday! The Pizza is the best!

Having enjoyed MOD Pizza during a trip to Colorado earlier this year, we were thrilled to discover a location in Nanaimo and couldn't resist stopping in for an early supper on a Friday afternoon. The experience, however, was a bit different from what we had come to expect. While the Colorado location had impressed us with its bustling atmosphere and attentive service, the Nanaimo branch felt quieter, with only 2 to 3 staff members handling both orders and food preparation.
Though the service was polite, it lacked the same level of energy and attentiveness that made our Colorado visit memorable. Despite this, the food did not disappoint. We both chose pizza with a side salad, and both were excellent—consistent with MOD Pizza’s reputation for delivering high-quality, delicious meals quickly.
Overall, while the service in Nanaimo didn’t quite match the exceptional experience we had in Colorado, the food quality remains top-notch. We’ll definitely be returning in the hopes that the service steps up to the same high standard. We continue to appreciate MOD Pizza’s model, which allows for a quick and satisfying dining experience without compromising on quality.
