We were invited to a birthday dinner. Our steak fajitas were lackluster in flavor and presentation and the meat was actually yucky. Guacamole from a vat? Ugh. Our friends' Rib dinner were greasy. There seemed to be no bussers as empty dishes and glasses remained on our table. Bathroom was a mess. These big American chains were so much fun and the food used to be so tasty back in the 90's. Now eating at them parallels the fate of the middle class, a slow and extended down spiral. I am surprised how good the reviews are. For us it was a definite let down. For the $100 we spent we could have made better food at home with higher quality ingredients.

Disappointing overall, the best thing is the actual menus, very good job on them. Had the lobster bisque to start, then the steak and lobster tail. The food was very average, lobster tail was small, lobster bisque ok but not great. Don’t see any reason to return.

I have been meaning to make this review and forgot. My server Sophie was exceptional. She was so kind and quick to respond. I loved not having to wait to get a refill on my hot water the wine was always full. Sophie had gone out of her way to make this visit so fun. I will be back but I will be making sure Sophie is my server.

I have not been able to stop thinking about how lovely the service I received two months ago from our server Sophie. I have been to a few different locations throughout BC and have not had the same level of service that Sophie offered me. I have been back several times and was disappointed to not see her working during my visits. She was bubbly, kind, patient and went above and beyond to make sure I had the best service of my life! The only place I take my family to dinner is Montana's and its all because of Sophie!!!!

Had a drink at the bar and watched the hockey game, had a poutine, my server was Angelica, she was all smiles, welcoming and friendly! Had the manager Raul stop and greet me, that doesn’t happen very often at restaurants, will most definitely be back!
