not too bad

This place is really only useful if you’re unprepared and need something to eat. The hotdog, at $8, was low quality—the bun was dry and the hotdog itself was nothing special. Condiments weren’t offered, and I had to ask twice to get mustard, relish, and ketchup. The pizza, at $15, tasted like a frozen, boxed variety. If you’re visiting the island, it’s best to come prepared and bring your own food.

We ordered chicken burger, poutine, and cheese pizza and everything was amazing. Friendly fast service. Check with the ferry drivers or staff in the cafe before you head out on your walk/hike to make sure it's not closed when you arrive back. It was open until 6:30-7:00 PM when we were there on this beautiful Sunday!

Unfortunately has gone downhill... Very limited food choices, no breakfast, and outrageous prices.

We were a bit confused about hours but got there before closing (~6:00) on a Monday. Service was fast and the fish and chips were good. Ice cream scoops were good but really small, and not worth the price in my opinion, but overall a cute spot.

The saddest little veggie burger I’ve ever had. It was barely even warm, like 20 seconds in a microwave warm. No lettuce or tomato then after we saw other burgers come out with lettuce. We were ravenous after hiking around the island. It was a very disappointing meal. The only positive is that the fries were nice and hot and fresh

The worst vegan burger I’ve ever eaten in my entire life. And it cost $20. Ridiculous.

We went to the island with the intention of grabbing fish and chips from this place and do the trail afterwards. Arrived at 2:30 pm on a thursday and they said the kitchen is closed. We had to do the trail with an empty stomach. So unreliable, wouldn’t suggest to make plans over it.

Beautiful space and island. Paid $60+ for 2 meals that ended up in the garbage.

I was here last week. It’s now called Trollers on Land. I believe new operators this year.

Sigh. I love this island and have been coming here for over 10+ years. I miss the bannock, seafood chowder and bannock tacos. They also served breakfast previously.

Ok - need to stop living in the past!

I ordered pop, prawn appetiser and ice cream - over $30…. Don’t come hungry…. You are paying for the view.

Not sure if picture advertised reflects actual food served.

They have a limited menu. The ice cream cones are generous.
