I ordered Yangzhou Fried Rice with crispy chicken. Protein, portion & veggie wise it was good. But rice is very mushy. I feel like it's too much sauce for a fried rice also I ordered hot but it wasn't spicy. I might try North Nanaimo location. If it didn't work out, I might give up on Noodlebox.

The food is always very fresh, very tasty and exactly what we order. We have been there for the last 6 weeks to enjoy the Teriyaki box special on Tuesdays. Great staff that care. Thankyou.

Extremely disappointed with the order we received, been ordering for years and this order was a fail on every level. Teriyaki bowls didn't have the double the broccoli, and the noodles were clumped together in a few spots. The chicken bites resembled McDonald's nuggets and were cold. The Nanaimo bar spring rolls were cold and not fully cooked so the wrapper was chewy and not crispy, also they were greasy so that usually means old grease. Takeout is a treat especially with how expensive it is now so this was a complete fail on Noodlebox.

It hasn’t always been this bad but tonight my husband called in our orders with very clear instructions. They got both orders wrong and as soon as you call them to address is the line is “busy” for hours. No way they get through. Service getting worse each time we order lately.

Three younger guys working. Rushed and confusing order process. Dirty ipad where employee was touching clearly hasn't been wiped down in months. Took forever. Food was disappointing. Barely any protein. Just spicy ginger water. Probably my last time giving this chain a try...maybe I'll go when they update the restaurant. Maybe. Sorry guys.

i got a doordash order, and while the stirfry did taste good, i asked for double broccoli and there was virtually no broccoli in the dish. i also ordered the blueberry bubble tea and that was really bad. the boba pearls were practically non-existent and the actual pearl texture was horrible. similar to the texture of the pearls in the canned bubble tea drinks you can buy. that was a huge waste of 8 dollars unfortunately.
