Unfortunately when we arrived there was only one staff working and couldn’t even get a chance to order because he was too busy trying to take phone orders and cook at the same time. We were very concerned about how long it might take to get our food if we were to stay. I don’t know if this is a symptom of an ever struggling food service industry or if this is a one off short staff issue at this particular location. I could surmise as well that this could be a symptom of a a struggling owner as well and if that is the situation then only scheduling one staff to be working isn’t a great way to save money. Regardless, we had to leave and you lost business.

Super disappointed in my order tonight. I just received my Pad Thai through Uber delivery. I ALWAYS ask for extra sauce which you pay for and it is very clear there is no extra sauce. It is so dry/clumped together and there is very little flavor. Even though I only order mild spice, there generally is a bit of a kick which there isn’t tonight and since when did they start putting a fried egg on it? has it been that long that they’ve changed it and I didn’t realize it? Either way, certainly not their best effort

After living the past 18 years away from the island, it's nice to come back and find that Noodle Box has expanded. Mmm... The black bean and garlic noodles with tofu, I missed you! Customer service is always great for me at this location!
