Embarrassing that you'd pack this up and give to me. Noodles were tough and chewy, next to no veggies and box was half full. Really hope this was a one off with a new chef as generally we really enjoy Noodlebox.

Order chicken for protein and received less then 1/8 of a chicken breast worth of chicken,and food was not cooked well...terrible compared to the 10 other noodlebox locations Ive visited. Customer lost forever due to the treatment from staff as well. May 16th in the evening shift fyi for the boss

I’ve gotten food poisoning from noodle box 3 or 4 times now. I understand it’s my fault for continuing to eat here but it used to be good quality. It Tasted good and didn’t make me sick so I have hope everytime I order and everytime over the last 2 years I’m let down. I’ve gotten sick from both Nanaimo locations. My boyfriend has aswell so I know it’s not a me issue. I’m very disappointed and finally learned my lesson and will never eat here again.

Pay 40 for 2 boxes with chicken as protein and basically no chicken like 2 small pieces per box very disappointing for the price terrible

I won’t eat here again. I had the pad Thai which had Tons of noodles and oil with very little flavour. Paid $18 and absolutely not worth it.

I ordered a teriyaki box and it was super delicious as always, they took very less time to prepare it. The staff is super friendly and clean. The place looked super clean as well. Overall, I had an amazing experience there. Would definitely recommend going to this location!! I can’t wait to try out more things from their menu.
