I recently visited Noodlebox and ordered the Ginger Box. Last time, I found it a bit too spicy for my taste, but Nav, the server, was incredibly helpful and suggested I try it with teriyaki sauce instead. Trust me, it was perfect! Nav is such a cool, engaging guy who really takes the time to get feedback, not just from me but from everyone dining there. His friendliness and attention to detail made my experience even better. I’m thrilled with my visit this time and will definitely be coming back. Thanks, Nav, for being awesome—I look forward to seeing you again!

Placed our order, tipped $3, they called my name twice only for their to be nothing there, when I politely asked someone behind the counter if I missed my food he said “it’s being made” while gesturing to the empty kitchen. Because the entire staff plus random people who came in while we were ordering were in the back room loudly singing happy birthday and laughing. The food tasted burnt as hell. I’m disappointed.

I thought I was in for a treat. This was my very first noodle box and it sounded scrumptious. However, now I come from the past to warn you in the future. I wouldn't feed this to a dog and I don't even think the dog would eat it if I tried. This is the worst food I have ever tasted in my life. It's actually impressive how how many ingredients are put into here for each one of them to taste terrible! Not even the peanut tasted like a peanut and I ordered a crispy chicken Thai box. It was just awful and in total I paid 18 bucks and I have to warn you do not eat here. It's the worst food I may have ate in my entire life and I've ate everywhere tried everything. I don't even want a refund or I'm sorry. I just want to forget I ever went here and that it exists. I'll never be back here in my entire life and you shouldn't either. It's that bad. Rarely do I hand out a terrible review. The service was fine. The servers were great. The bathroom was clean but I showed up during a Saturday dinner rush at 6:00 p.m. and nobody was in here. That was the warning sign that I chose to ignore and I knew better. Nobody is coming here to eat on purpose. There was three tiny soggy nuggets of chicken. Absolutely awful. I honestly gave it all I had. I got about halfway and I just couldn't even stomach it. This was terrible. I'm sorry I ever found this place. Shameful really.

I bring my family of 5 in regularly And last night food was undercooked and bad flavour . Bad customer service . I tried calling about a refund ... They refused to give me supervisors name . Refused to give me owner's name ... So not right. Freedom of information.... Please respect concerns and not be argumentative like "max" You are serving the public and my feedback is valid . Seeing as I'm used of good tasting food there . And spent alot of money there over the years . I said on the phone I can bring the food we couldn't eat in . Which he hung up instead of answering again

Food took forever to get, around 20 minutes. business prioritizes skip the dishes as people came and went but we still didn’t have our food.

Had a great experience with the teriyaki noodle box. The dish was flavorful and satisfying. The staff was friendly and engaging, making the visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommend for a tasty meal and excellent service

Service was bad. The cashier was so quiet that it was hard to hear him. I been to other place and the food was good but this one was not fresh. The vegetables where cooked long time ago and noodles tasted dry with no flavor Just read other reviews with low reviews and i do agree. The place was empty and I can see why.

Saw the bad reviews but wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt since I’ve been a Noodlebox lover for 20 years. For me they gave me a full portion - the problem was the lack of sauce and the horrid vegetables. I thought that getting the vegetarian Thai style chow mein would be safe - how can you screw that up. Asked for it to be mild medium spice which sometimes can be a bit spicy at other locations. It was horrid. Zero spice. It was as though they just cooked it was A LOT of oil and no spice or other sauces. And the vegetables looked like scraps that should have been thrown away. Sad sad pieces. Some I couldn’t even chew. And now my stomach feels off - probably from all the oil? Definitely won’t return to this location again unless I hear of them greatly improving. Staff were nice and the location was the usual noodlebox vibe. But the food was irredeemable to me.
