Since the new management took over it’s always a pleasure to get my box from the fellas at noodlebox Metral, very nice people warm and friendly ask you how your day is and make your box to your specifications. Beauties.
I ordered delivery on Uber eats and it took almost 2 hours to arrive the carrier said it was the restaurant had an issue and he was sitting outside for super long I ordered mild butter chicken and recieived a super spicy dish I can barley eat I have ordered this from here many times and it is never this spicy I have even ordered mild medium and not this spicy super disappointed and will not be buying anything from this location again

Loved the experience of dining at this NoodleBox. It's sitauted in a very beautiful area. Professional service by staff members, very well organized seating, clean kitchen and yummy food (Spicy Peanut noodle is my favorite). Me and my partner had a great evening.Will visit again soon.Parking: Plenty of free parking available.Wheelchair accessibility: Easily accessible for the one in need.
Not only was the food great, but I forgot my wallet, not realizing until trying to get into my room. The staff was very courteous and sympathetic as I called just after hours. Long story short, I got my wallet back thanks to the staff at Noodlebox Metrail dr. Thank you so much!

I love to have the spicy peanut noodle box which is served over here.The flavors are rich, vibrant, and perfectly balanced. What truly stood out was the speed at which my order was served. The atmosphere of the restaurant also contributed to the overall positive experience. The combination of friendly staff, prompt service, and delicious food makes it a standout choice for anyone who is seeking a memorable culinary experience.
I gave this location 2 chances, 3 years apart and both times were awful. Rude, slow service and substandard food. I love Noodlebox but this location is just bad.Ordered mild/medium Drunken noodles with crispy tofu today. Out of tofu. Fine, got prawns instead.They cooked my food and then forgot to give it to me so it sat on the pass for almost 10 minutes while all the staff was in the back. Couldn't get anyone's attention to hand me my food.Finally got home with the food and it's a solid med/hot (I've been eating at various NB locations for 20 years, I understand their spice ranges) and the $4.50 prawns were actually half a dozen overcooked shrimp. Very small and rubbery.Save your money or go to the Port Place location.

I have ordered from other locations and was satisfied with the food quality. At The Metral Nanaimo location I had to throw away the food. I ordered a mild chow mein, and it was hot enough that it would have caused me digestive issues. $20.00 wasted. Thanks a lot. Avoid this location, they just can't do as they are told.
