As long as the sticks are cooked while you wait you're o.k. if they are sitting in their heated drawer you get over cooked meat for lunch otherwise a little over priced but a nice change!

Opa is my favorite fast food. I love the chicken souvlaki wrap with Opa fries and Tziki sauce.On this particular day, it was extremely busy and the wait was very long. The person in front of me ordered, and the girl taking the order read it back to her..when she went to pick it up, she was missing something?!?! Not sure how that happened because of the communication I just described. The person working made her go back to to register and pay. I think in that instance, they should have just given her what she said she had asked for...because the line up was ridiculously long and as a result, made things even more backed up ?♀️?♀️.Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian options like hummus and pita, and Spanikopita.Greek salad. Opa fries with Tziki etcParking: It's located in the food court at Woodgrove mall and there is plenty of free parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Definitely wheelchair accessible and same with the tables and washrooms in the food court.

Food is always good no doubt but I absolutely need the owner to read this review. The staff needs to be reminded that they are most definitely in a multicultural environment but that does not mean that they talk in a different language in front of customers while providing a service. The customer seems to get confused. At one side you are handing receipt or drink to a customer and on the other hand your face is to a different side talking to your co-worker in Hindi.

Food's usually great, service is always fantastic.I always order the calamari and sometimes they don't toss it enough while cooking and you get a giant ball of raw batter in the middle, but usually it's good. They are happy to replace the raw food, but I'd rather they do it right the first time.Vegetarian options: Plenty of veggie options from salads to wraps and rice bowls.Parking: Located in a large mall, lots of parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Located in a wheelchair accessible shopping mall. Food court has some wheelchair seating.

I work at the mall and usually get my food for my lunch break.The staff there are absolutely amazing and friendly.The food quality been horrible. Ordered the shrimp platter 2 hours after my stomach started hurting and have to literally use the bathroom every 20 mins durning my shift. I hope the owner sees this review and improves the food quality. So us mall workers and other people will keep going there!
