Franchise was taken over 5 months ago and the service has gone downhill. The pizza is still good but we have chucked out 4 salads over this time due to wilted lettuce. They never have the Jalapeno dip we like and on the last order they substituted 2 sweet mustards for the jalapeno without telling us and charged us for it. We are moving on to their other franchise or to Dominos pizza

I went to the Nanaimo location on 2024-12-07 Saturday around 6 pm with Panago coupons. I waited there for around 20 minutes. The Asian on the counter looked at me and ignored me by seeing my coupons in my hand. I left there after 20 minutes and make a purchase from Milano.

Ordered gluten free and one dairy free pizza. 2 medium and 1 small. $83Worst pizza ever- hard crust, dry with no flavour. Spoke to Manager who argued and did not care. Never again.
Used some of those coupons to get 3 medium pizzas, great choices, and it was great to actually see all the ingredients I ordered on top, fresh and lots of everything, so good value for money. And they were right on time

Food is good. Ordering sucks. Their website is awful for placing orders for delivery and will make you re start 10 times before you can actually place your order.
