So this was absolutely the worst pizza I have ever had. I paid $60.00 for 2 large pizza which did not have any pizza sauce on it. The meat was so thin if you held the slices up to the light you could see right through them. I mean serious what is pizza without sauce? If you foe some reason need to charge more to make money on the pizza, then do it do kit try and rip the customer off by cutting the portions! I will definately not be ordering this pizza ever again.

Delicious dough/crust and love that the tomato sauce is organic. Also love that they have fresh mushrooms and green pepper which is surprisingly hard to find. Would have given 5 stars but the new plant based cheese is gross. The texture and taste are awful. Will be ordering without any cheese next time.

I ordered a large pizza from Panago and it was absolutely delicious! The crust was perfectly baked, the toppings were fresh and loaded, and the flavour was spot on. It ready hot and right on time. The staff were super friendly, polite, and made sure everything was perfect with my order. Great service and quality—definitely ordering again!

Panago has a great menu even for vegetarians and who is plant based diet whether it's their nuggets or chezzyyy bread!!!!
we are ordering from this location over 10 years now the store has new looks after the renovation.. good service, good flavour and good atmosphere even after new management

We ordered pizza here (*North End location*) every 2 -3 weeks for over a decade. It was good, consistent quality, reliably on-time. Then around April 2025 the place changed ownership: they replaced the entire staff - you know, the people who know how the place runs and know how to prepare pizza? Everything has suffered, and the pizza is now terrible. I will not buy pizza here anymore.

Ordered a pizza as i have been doing from this location for 10 years, when i looked at the pizza it looked the same as usual, it wasnt until i took a bite that i realized it was barely cooked and very doughy. I put it in my own oven to try and cook it a bit longer to make it edible, but it was still really doughy. Could not finish eating it. On top of that i ended up with serious gut rot all night. The icing on the cake, they gave me the wrong dipping sauce.
I dont know what it is, ive been coming here for years but the standard is much lower than it used to be. Could be the foreign worker employees simply dont care, or perhaps bad work ethic, but i am noticing a trend at these establishments that have been taken over by foreign students / cheap foreign labor.
