Friday night rush was busy inside. Ordered for take out and could see the great work erhic by every employee. Our order was delayed but I 100% understand it was super busy. Food as expected from a pizza chain.

I waited over double my estimated time the last time I ordered. At the time, I received no apology or even an acknowledgement of the error. Also, when I asked for a refund they tried to give me less than I paid.
However, I was contacted by the manager of the store the next morning. They were apologetic and went above and beyond correcting the mistake.

Delicious pizza. It's a once in awhile treat as I can't afford it often so go elsewhere, but their crust is definitely one of the best!
Waiting an hour plus for a piece of dough with melted cheese on it is crazy. Not to mention zero discount by management forcing you to reflect in a poor tip therefore it falling on the delivery driver. Cold pizza guess me and the delivery driver are paying their wages tonight.

It wasn't the pizza itself that was the problem, the pizza tasted good. It was the temperature inside the shop.
At least 20 something Celsius inside the shop, hot enough to bake you to golden brown.
The service is was okay, however you may find the staff choosing to yap to each other instead of taking your order. Luckily we left before that happened.
20 minute wait time for the food you see below, not bad.
Overall, Panago is panago.
