I ordered from Panago Pizza after a grueling 16-hour drive, seeking a comforting meal to cap off the night. Despite accepting my order and initiating preparation, they abruptly closed at Midnight, leaving me stranded without my pre-paid meal. The utter disregard for customer service and failure to fulfill their commitment is utterly disappointing. A dismal experience that I wouldn't wish upon anyone. Avoid at all costs.

We are seniors and do not order in very often. Last spring we ordered pizza from Panago for a treat, part of the order arrived not how we ordered it and had to be replaced which meant we could not all eat at the same time. The staff member on the phone was very sorry about this and offered a credit of aprox $11 if we would be willing to order from Panago again. We called to order pizzas again this evening and requested to apply our $11 credit. We were told the credit has expired and when I asked for a supervisor to review this decision, I was told no credit was available as it was over 90 days old. We ordered from another pizza place and wil lNever order Panago again
Long wait on pizza. Low quality food. I got a pizza and I was hospitalized due to food. Won’t visit store any more. Prefer some local pizza in fifth street

Overpriced horrible food. Sparse, super cheap toppings, hidden charges - poor quality overall. Waste of $60+ for a large pizza.

The worst gluten free pizza I've ever had. The crust is a pre frozen thin cracker. The toppings I ordered were not added.
