Their Pho Tai Gan is the best pho that I’ve tried here in Victoria. A must try! 😍

Great staff and so accommodating. An order was messed up… my mistake and they refunded and made the correct order right away. Food was amazing !!

🌟🌟 Two Stars

The atmosphere was lovely—I'll give them that. But as someone who’s been to Vietnam and taught there, this was probably one of the most tragic bowls of pho I’ve ever encountered. The meat tasted like it had been in a long-term relationship with the fridge, and the broth was so thin and flavorless I thought I was drinking tap water with ambition.

The service? Well, let’s just say it was as rare as the beef should have been. I was offered a water refill once, and when I tried to order dessert, it was like I had become invisible. My partner and I finally gave up and just left.

If you're in Nanaimo, do yourself a favor and pho-get about this place.

Armpit pain

Staff did not mention that the tip was already included in the bill and when we went to pay, the tap machine still showed the tip option like most restaurants. Therefore, misleading us to pay another extra 15% tip, and when we went back to ask them and remind them in the future to tell customers about this uncommon tip method, their first reaction is they can return the extra tip back to us.(we said no need it’s fin) Then, the staff said the server was busy, so she forgot to mention it. *There were only 3 tables with customer in the entire store* which I mentioned, and the staff proceeded to say they are busy in the kitchen and other sections too, which to me just sounds like the worst excuse ever. Overall, do not recommend. The food was just ok, but a restaurant that makes excuses instead of owning up and ensuring future change is not worth my money.

Ordered rice noodle, only few noodles in the bowl, the stuff was not nice, will not recommend it to friends

Had high hopes for the soup, was underwhelmed. Broth lacked depth. Tasted very much of chicken stock
