Pho Boi, A Taste of Vietnam

All I got was a couple of orders of salad rolls. I had a special request for fresh Jalapeños to be put in and they did it, no problem. They tasted fresh and were a good size. Their peanut sauce was also flavorful. I would recommend. Salad rolls are often a good test to see if a Vietnamese restaurant will be bursting with flavor. I would go again and try more, for sure

After four years of living on the island, I finally found a wonton noodle soup that truly reminded me of my childhood. The noodles had the perfect texture, and both the broth and wontons were full of rich, layered flavor. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff were kind and attentive. A deeply comforting and authentic experience. Highly recommend.

I have tried Pho Tai here. Not the best soup in my life. The soy sprouts and mint were not fresh, with dark spots, and the noodles were so sticky that it was impossible to pick them up with chopsticks. Sorry, but I will not come here again.

I had a disappointing experience here. After I arrived, no one came to check on me for quite a while. When someone finally did, there was no greeting—just a cold and dismissive “go ahead.” The lack of basic courtesy and the indifferent attitude made me feel very unwelcome. Service like this really takes away from the dining experience.

Food was decent. The Veggie Vermicelli bowl was completely tasteless though with tons of noodles and hardly any veg. Wonton soup was good. Shrimp spring roles were good.

My husband and I had lunch here. I had the Meatball Pho which was delicious. The portion size was generous and I ended up bringing half of it home. This was our first visit but it won't be our last.
