Had the worst experience here today. They were out of their large pan pizzas, but instead of informing me, they made a handcrafted pizza without asking or letting me know.
When I questioned it, the employee didn’t apologize and instead told me she was tired. I then asked for a medium pan pizza instead, and during a confusion about payment, she responded with: “HOW MANY TIMES AM I SUPPOSED TO EXPLAIN TO YOU?”
Completely rude, unprofessional, and honestly shocking customer service. Mistakes happen, but the attitude and lack of respect is what made this experience so frustrating.

Who on earth puts cup and char pepperoni under cheese???? So disappointing. They also forgot the sauce the cinnamon bite things so we got a box of plain dough. Chicken bites were lacking sauce too. First and last time ordering from Nanaimo Pizza Hut

Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered 5 items and only 4 arrived. While I was attempting to contact the store about the missing item, I noticed that the cheese bread was absolutely raw and effectively a food safety hazard. Every time I try calling the store they either hang up on me or redirect me to the corporate call center, who then forward me back to get hung up on.

I agree with most recent negative posts. I used to go here often. Tonight was a joke. The staff ignore you, they walk around speaking Punjabi, pizza sits waiting to be picked out of oven. I get it your busy, but be upfront about it. Multiple people waiting. It’s was an hour from start to end to get pizza. Terrible service. The staff are rude and ignorant. Very very disappointed.
Such a poor service I came there to pick up my order for the DoorDash and the wait time was 40 minutes just for the delivery of 8 dollars and then I unassigned that order and within 1 minute I got one more order of 12 dollars from pizza hut and they said wait time for this is more than 1 hour

Ordered 2 pizzas and boneless bites. One pizza came with the safety seal off and the dipping sauces thrown on on top, talk about cross contamination. The boneless bites were disgusting and in a pool.of grease. Wil not be going back to this location
