I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment with the unacceptable service I experienced at your Terminal Avenue branch in Nanaimo on 14th of December around 6:30pm The individual at the counter, a shorter man who refused to provide his name when I asked, was not only rude and dismissive toward me but was also treating a delivery driver in an extremely degrading and disrespectful manner at the same time.
His behavior was unprofessional, offensive, and completely out of line. It left me feeling humiliated and deeply upset, and I cannot understand how such conduct is tolerated at your establishment.
This experience has seriously damaged my trust in your brand, and I expect immediate action to address this matter. Please investigate this incident, take appropriate measures, and provide me with an update on what will be done to ensure such behavior does not happen again.
