My gf in hospital dieing wanted pizza hut pizza. But no this place is only open for lunch. Losers would not even talk to me and they were just inside the door. How do they pay overhead. Ridiculous!!!

I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment with the unacceptable service I experienced at your Terminal Avenue branch in Nanaimo on 14th of December around 6:30pm The individual at the counter, a shorter man who refused to provide his name when I asked, was not only rude and dismissive toward me but was also treating a delivery driver in an extremely degrading and disrespectful manner at the same time.
His behavior was unprofessional, offensive, and completely out of line. It left me feeling humiliated and deeply upset, and I cannot understand how such conduct is tolerated at your establishment.
This experience has seriously damaged my trust in your brand, and I expect immediate action to address this matter. Please investigate this incident, take appropriate measures, and provide me with an update on what will be done to ensure such behavior does not happen again.

Completely Dissatisfied with the guest experience. Just came to confirm, whether my online order was processed. Without even looking into the system, was said no! My Online app said order is made but was not displaying the order. No courtesy or apologies offered.

Edit / update. They gave the 10$ credit on the following order and the next order was made perfect so I’ll give them a 5 star now. Must have been an off night. The service is always nice here.
So this was supposed to be one of the panormous CHEESE LOVERS this is how little cheese was on it. I’m honestly really annoyed because it was 33 $ for this and advertises it’s loaded with cheese (supposed to have extra cheese) when literally all you can taste is just dough with next to nothing for cheese. I would have just got a meat lovers or pep lovers if I would have known this. Those both come with nearly double the amount of cheese as this did. I called about it he said he put a 10$ credit on the account which to be honest I think replacing the pizza would have been the better customer service move. I’m still annoyed and it’s the next morning.
The gentleman that served us, my son and I ordered a extra large pizza w/pepperoni. He came out with two large pizza's, same toppings.
He would have been best man at my wedding.If I got married lol

I read names of employee maybe Rohan or Roshan , he had bad service with customers. Totally upset with his service. He had not listen and he have no care about customer. He always busy in his own dreams , Bad bad service

First time I've been to this Pizza Hut, its a tiny place with a couple of spaces to sit and eat.
I was looking to get the flatbread, but they either didn't have it or they were out. So I got the pepperoni panalicious, pull apart garlic bread and I had the have the Cinnabonds!
Service was pretty quick, the place is clean and tidy. Price of the food was a bit high for what I got, but I guess thats the way of the future.
Give it a whirl if you're tired of Dominoes or Panago.
