Ordered gnocchi. 40 minutes later order was brought to table burnt. Waitress agreed it was scorched. Obviously left unattended in pan. She returned to kitchen. Almost 35 minutes later she returned with the same plate still scorched but with cheese on top then asked if I wanted try something else when I showed her it was the same burnt plate she already returned. NO. Wasted my time. This restaurant has gone down hill. Fellow got pissy with me when I said I wasn't paying for that item. Owner needs to be pro active and correct issues not confrontational with customers. The server was excellent

Delicious pizza. Prices are what you would expect, no complaints. Dough was incredible. Pleasantly surprised at the amount of vegeterian options! Helpful staff but atmosphere could be improved.

We shared a delicious pizza and got an amazing salad with beets and goat cheese. I particularly enjoyed the pizza crust, crunchy at the edges but nice and thin at the bottom. The lunch was finished with a tasty tiramisu - an enormous portion, so I'm glad I was able to share it.

Easy to call and order, that’s a big deal in Nanaimo these days. Two pizzas, cooked perfectly as always. While waiting another customer came in, a minor mistake and customer service rolled out the red carpet with a free drink and salad, and they seemed genuinely sorry for the momentary delay. To see acknowledgement of a mistake, before just trying to get the customer to walk out inspired a lot of confidence in how they operate. With integrity. I was really impressed with everything, keep it up 💪🏼😁👍🏼

This is probably my favorite place to get pizza on the island!! Fantastic ingredients, everything is fresh and tastes wonderful. Staff is extremely friendly as well. Couldn't recommend this place enough if you're in Nanaimo or driving through.
