This isn't a horrible place. Had some good karaoke nights here. Food can be hit or miss sometimes.
However it seems they are under new management or making some changes.
.95 cents for a pickup fee though????
That is one of the sleaziest ways of getting money on-top of the fact that you had already raised the price of food. You don't have to serve the food to a table, deliver it or do any other such work other than cook it.
I will not be back with disgusting money grab scams like that.

We went here last night with five people we all had dinner. Everybody loved their dinner. The food was great. I had the teriyaki rice bowl. It was delicious. My husband had a burger. It was very good. We also had really good service from Mel,Amy and Nate(?), and karaoke was awesome. I will definitely be back. Thanks so much to the pub staff for doing such a great job.

My wife and I come here every month or two for dinners out, but yesterday we wanted to treat my buddy for helping me out with some painting we had done. The service (as always) was spot on. No complaints there. The food, on the other hand, was disappointing. We paid $11 for zucchini sticks and cauliflower wings, and what arrived at the table for four small pieces of cauliflower and four short quarter pieces of zucchini (all on a sprinkle of shredded lettuce). I would've paid $5 for this. Nachos were $22, and I would say that portion size was acceptable to be kind. This place used to have generous portion sizes, so I would expect the same as prices go up.

The preface this review, Rolo single handedly made this evening tolerable with his amazing renditions of Tragically Hip classics. See photo of my 3rd drink in 90 minutes, my server had atleast 4 rounds of shots behind the bar while my tables drinks were empty. I don't care if servers drink at work, but when it affects the customers service it reflects poorly on the establishment. Once we asked for our bills, the server loitered around the bar chatting for more than 15 minutes un interrupted while we watched waiting in anticipation for our bills. I'd rate service a 0
It's crazy the cooks even let this come out of the kitchen. The tiny hamburger that's super well done. Unfortunately the Qway is going to be skipped on our list of places we dine out at for a while. Hope it's just a one off, but a $22 burger that's quite disappointing. The person I went with who had this burger didn't want to cause a fuss, but I found it outrageous that that burger made it passed the pass. The service though is quite adequate.
