We bought the Apple Raspberry vegan gluten-free muffins from Pomme Natural Market (freezer section). They were AMAZING! Incredibly moist and very flavorful. The company we served them to thought they were delicious. Will definitely buy again!

Our go to restaurant in Nanaimo. Food and service are both great. A great variety of gluten free vegan muffins to choose from. Also love the smoothies although they do come in recyclable plastic instead of reusable mugs even if you eat in. Lots of choice and good quality fresh food. Updated from previous review on 2019-08-11

1850 Northfield rd #3 location is wrong on google maps - takes you to a random commercial strip mall. Actual photo of Rambles shows a staples near it - there is no staples near the location it takes you, just a commercial area with trucks … do not waste your time trying to find the place until they post the right address.

We stopped here for lunch and the owner is so enthusiastic and proud of her place and the food. And for good reason. Everything is vegan (plant based) and GF. She had some fantastic buns and muffins, salads, wraps and smoothies. You can eat in or get to go.

Such a great place to stop for coffee, or lunch, or snacks. My husband raves that their coconut milk lattes are the best he’s had. Their muffins are incredible, and love that they’re both gluten free and vegan. The mini muffins are the perfect size for little kids - they don’t feel duped with having to share one with a sibling, and less food waste when they don’t eat a big one. I like to buy at least a dozen minis at a time and freeze them - they freeze great for a later time!
