Delightful cafe in the heart of the old quarter. When it says real food, it certainly feels like real ingredients (opposed to processed). Nothing fancy, just simple sandwiches, soups, salads (and cake!).

I’ve visited Real Food cafe and had lunch and then a second visit for dessert! All I can say is WOW! Delicious soups, sandwiches and salads but nothing can compare to the cakes made there!!! I had the dulce de leche creme brûlée cheesecake ❤️ it was so light and not overly sweet! My girlfriend had the lime coconut cake which was also outstanding! I will be back to try the rest of the cakes 😜

This is casual dining. My wife and I have twice eaten at Real Food, both times were lunches. Our first visit was a soup and sandwich and today we had sandwiches with salad.
We have really enjoyed everything we’ve eaten at this cafe. The food was all very fresh, nicely herbed and spiced, and with depth of flavour. It was all well presented, and with prompt friendly service.
Very nice to get quality fresh products that are prepped in-house and not by the restaurant’s food supplier.

Shout out to The Real Food Cafe! I ordered a cake for a birthday. I ordered a lemon cake last Monday and picked it up on Friday for Sunday's party. Tracy was so helpful, she assured me the cake would still be fresh as just made on Sunday and it was! This cake was crazy good, so moist with a lemon curd filling and perfect, not to sweet frosting. Really, if you need a cake for a special occasion, this is THE place to go!
