Ordered @ Cambridge location. Very cheaply prepared, topped and cooked. Poor customer service, playing loud music very disturbing No proper communication skills. Wont recommend this location. Earlier I tried in Brampton-Cherry crest location. They provide very good service and excellent food preparation and presentation with good deal of extra toppings. No No No...its waste.

The crust is the only thing going for it. I got the $4.95 two stopping 8" pizzas Cheap on toppings and cheese the things that make a pizza good. Oh well much better places in town then red swan. Must be the staff.

Vegetarian options: Amazing toppings. Probably one of the best pizzas I have had in years as someone that doesn’t eat regular crust, this one was really good.
Red Swan pizza went from the pick up special of a personal pizza and can of pop, to a personal pizza and dipping sauce, to a disappointing two topper pizza. This decline in value and quality for the pick up special is just sad. Seeing as that was the deal we went for, and it has been eradicated, we may as well take our business elsewhere.

Visited recently while in Nanaimo. The staff was very friendly. However, I would Not recommend it as pizza was a disappointment, unfortunately. Paid +$27 for one large Italian Supreme that tasted like a re-heated frozen pizza, with sesame seeds sprinkled on top. I suggest you save a few bucks and cook yourself a frozen pizza rather than have my experience. I've read other reviews that are positive and wonder why I didn't enjoy the pizza as much. Maybe I expected more from a $27 pizza- Yes, I likely did. Sorry, folks. I really don't like to be negative, just being honest.
