I ordered the chicken Alfredo pasta. There was no Alfredo sauce. It was basically pasta with pizza toppings thrown in and microwaved with some cheese. Horrid.

Brutal experience. I waited over 1.5 hours for delivery, and when I finally called, I was told it would be another 25 minutes. No proactive update, no apology, no effort to make it right.
If you’re hungry and want to eat, this is the wrong place to order from. This review is specifically for the Financial Drive location, and the order was placed directly through their own app.

Pre-ordered online so had tons of time to get order ready Ordered for 4:30 arrived at 5:00 Pizza was undercooked and asked for no green peppers and got green peppers. Super disappointed Seems they dropped the ball on this one big time.

I LOVE this pizza. The cheese the sauce wow. Amazing customer service. I love stopping for a little individual pizza on my lunch break and it is so cheap and fresh and the best!

Edited: I love the pizza but this is now the second time where they forgot to put on a particular topping. And considering Ive had to pay an extra $2 50 to simply switch a topping out for another, it really feels like I'm getting price gouged.
Update: after leaving my review i received a phone call from the shop apologizing for the mistake and they had offered me a free pizza next order. Great customer service and so I've changed my rating to 5. Mistakes happen, it's how one goes about fixing them, is what really matters in the end

I always buy pizza in Kindersley, Saskatchewan. Honestly, it's one of the best pizzas I’ve had in a while! The crust is perfectly balanced—crispy yet soft at the same time. The toppings are fresh and bursting with flavor. I will definitely be coming back!
Ordered for the first time from the North Bay location. A couple of pizzas, breadsticks with cheese, and nachos. We were blown away on how everything was so good. Everything had a great taste and was really fresh and hot. Definitely our new favourite pizza place in town. 10/10

It's definitely not the greatest pizza in town, but it's cheap and it's good for the price. Will definitely keep ordering from Red Dragon whenever I'm on a budget. One thing I recommend though. Their crust has sesame seeds. Sesame seeds are great but not on pizza crust so I would ask for no sesame seeds

Ordered @ Cambridge location. Very cheaply prepared, topped and cooked. Poor customer service, playing loud music very disturbing No proper communication skills. Wont recommend this location. Earlier I tried in Brampton-Cherry crest location. They provide very good service and excellent food preparation and presentation with good deal of extra toppings. No No No...its waste.
