Heard all the raves about reds and had to give it a try. My boyfriend and I decided to stop by tonight for some famous cheesecake and it did not disappoint! Fluffy, not to sweet, fresh, good amount of crust (my favorite part) and all around super delicious!! We are from comox just in nanaimo for the weekend but I'm so happy we stopped by and we will be back again whenever we are in town! Atmosphere is warm, welcoming and gives a vintage feel. Staff are very friendly and helpful, all around happy good vibes and smiles! 😁 highly recommended the lemon raspberry cheesecake!

This is a must visit bakery for those visiting Nanaimo and wanting to try Nanaimo bars. Their Nanaimo cheesecake was very good as well. Everything came nicely packaged.

I've been a fan of Red and her bakery family for a while now, but with all the mayhem going on downtown, it's been hard to get down there on my power chair.
The wait was with it. The coffee was fantastic, the peppermint Nanaimo bar was amazing, and the service was like a warm hug.

Nanaimo Bars - I ordered some seasonal Nanaimo Bars from Red for Christmas. They were an absolute hit at Christmas dinner, everyone loved them. Definitely the best Nanaimo Bars I have ever had. The Chocolate Orange and Raspberry ones were my favorite. Divine! 10/10!!
Had to get the classic Nanaimo bar here. There were lots of cakes and pastries to choose from. Beautifully decorated,variety, and made fresh. This place is open basically all the time! I would recommend coming here for a treat, staff treats, or even for the holidays.
