We stopped in this afternoon for a late brunch on the way home from camping. I ordered the classic double egger with toast. (Two eggs, shredded hashbrowns, and toast) along with tea with milk. My husband ordered the same thing but with pancakes instead of toast. He specified (two eggs over easy, shredded hashbrowns and the three pancakes) along with cranberry juice, no ice and water. The waitress took the order and left. A while later, she returned with a cup with a spoon in it...

I have been ordering here since I moved to Nanaimo a year ago and tonight they wouldn't take my order over the phone unless I paid for it with a credit card. I just had debit so I had to drive down order and sit and wait for the food. I have always ordered my food then pucked it up and paid. The server was very rude about it too. This after I called and someone picked up the phone and hung up twice.
