The other day I ordered teriyaki chicken bowls for myself and my daughter from Roll & Chicken. After only about 7 bites, my stomach instantly rejected it and I had to rush to the bathroom and vomit. Unfortunately, my daughter and my wife also became ill after eating from the same order.
This was not a mild reaction or coincidence — three people in the same household became sick after consuming the same food. That’s extremely concerning.
Food safety is non-negotiable, and this experience completely broke my trust in this establishment. I’ve reached out directly to the restaurant through email and another platform, but I feel it’s important for others to be aware as well.
This was totally unacceptable, and I will not be returning.

I love their food, we used to eat here quite often as we live just down the street, the waiter is also very sweet and nice. The only issue is the cleanliness of the place. The bathroom was extremely dirty and not usable, the toilet seat was falling apart and the toilet base was swaying back and forth, the baseboards and the walls are covered in dirt, there is a thick layer of dust and grime on the windows and walls. I really hope this reaches the owners and they do something about it. The walls could be repainted and kept clean, baseboards and the bathroom could use a day or two of heavy bleach cleaning and they would be fine. I don't remember it being this dirty before but unfortunately this ended our Roll n Chicken adventures 🥺

Fixed and can almost fly
went here for the first time last night, I was instantly blow away by the excellent food and service. I ordered the love platter that comes with an assortment of sushi and fried chicken, and miso soup.

I ate it once a few months ago. Fried chicken is delicious, and the pieces are quite big. Korean fried chicken sauce with sweet and spicy flavor. Cheese powder is moderate and belongs to the normal level.The store was not busy, only one front desk and back kitchen staff. Fried chicken is recommended

Pathetic experience. Rainbow rolls were missing fish eggs even after requesting. Ordered a veggie noodles for kids. they said they don’t have it on menu but can make. What they did is - gave noodles in one box and spicy water in another. There was not a single vegetable in the whole thing. To make it worse, they charged me for beef udon with no beef. So, basically they overcharged for everything and didn’t deliver anything. How do you give spicy water to a toddler? When I called to make things right, they said there is no owner and/or supervisor available and hung up. Rude and mean. Wow! then a response from owner asking to email? email where!?
