nothing can justify a medium matcha latte to be eight dollars. customer service isn't the best either

I had ordered an iced matcha latte sweetened and a jalapeño bagel. The bagel was good but the matcha latte was the worst i’ve ever had. It just tasted like milk as if there was no matcha. I asked the barista with short red hair if she could redo it and she was like “okay” she asked the other barista “how much matcha powder do you put” and she said 4 spoons.Although it was remade , it tasted exactly the same and I mentioned it to her and she was giving me attitude she said “i can’t put anymore i would have to charge you”. That’s pretty crazy for a $7 matcha that just tastes like milk. Customer service really needs to be a priority because essentially they are first and I wouldn’t have had anything to complain if it was done properly in the first place just being respectful about would have been fine.

I arrived at 4:22 PM on Sunday, but the staff informed me that you were already closed. Please consider updating your posted hours of operation to reflect this

The front cashier was very friendly and did a good job of managing the busy crowd, getting everyone through the line quickly.

When our drinks were ready, the barista announced what they were, mentioning that one was out but the other was not, so I assumed it belonged to someone else. After a little wait with no one claiming the drinks, they called for them again. I pointed out that one was supposed to be a French toast cold brew. The barista then asked another staff member if it had the syrups in it, to which she replied yes. However, after tasting the drink, I realized it was just a plain cold brew. They were so busy that I didn't want to stand in line again, especially since I had already waited quite a while for my drink.

Staff are very friendly. BUT.. no prices on anything. Total p.i.t.a
I want to know the value of what I am buying without having to ask the staff to look up every price on the specific items I am interested in getting. Lost me as a customer, sorry.

The turmeric latte and London fog are fantastic drinks.
I wouldn't go for a drive without getting one of those drinks.

I love this coffee shop and wish we had one in the lower mainland . Coffee was exquisite , the lemon loaf was a bit disappointing but will return again .
