The worst experience I’ve ever had. This store out of all of the Nanaimo starbucks it’s the worst. The barista Hannah was rude towards me and she was very dismissive. Couldn’t believe she was an “assistant-manager” there as that’s what she told me. Very not appropriate, felt completely disappointed and I won’t be coming back there. Starbucks can do way better than an employee that doesn’t want to be in her workplace and just doesn’t respect it’s owns customers.

I regularly visit this Starbucks as a delivery driver to pick up orders. Unfortunately, my experience has often been disappointing. Many times, delivery drivers are left waiting at the counter for long periods without any acknowledgment from the staff. Even a simple greeting or confirmation of the order would make a big difference.

Delivery drivers are an important part of the customer service process, and delays directly affect customers as well. Being ignored feels discourteous and unprofessional.

I hope management takes this feedback constructively and provides better training so that all staff treat delivery drivers with basic courtesy and respect. A little communication can greatly improve the experience for everyone involved.

I am a delivery driver and regularly come to this Starbucks to pick up delivery orders. Unfortunately, the staff often ignores delivery drivers completely. We stand at the counter for a long time, but no one acknowledges us or asks what order we’re there for. The staff continues working as if we are not even present.
Delivery drivers are part of the customer service process, and wasting our time directly affects customers as well. This kind of attitude feels disrespectful and unprofessional. I hope management takes notice of this issue and provides better training so all staff treat delivery drivers with basic courtesy and respect.

Ordered online. Staff is to lazy to read the printed label that they stick on the cup.
Got my drink re made and they still couldnt follow the very clear instructions. Staff clearly needs more training.

quick service, the times i went weren’t too busy. atmosphere is a sweet, chill, not too loud one. always a few people inside which adds to the cozy-homey vibe inside. once there wasn’t any soap in the washroom though grrr. the sugar oat cookie latte is weirdly good!

Super slow and the lady (new lady) got my order wrong 😡 after waiting longer then expected, I didnt even want to go back in and fix my order. Most likely wont be going back to this Starbucks, id rather catch a bus to another location for my Starbucks

we waited 20 minutes for one drink saw lots of workers just sitting there laughing while we are standing there and have been waiting for a drink just one too. sad to see the customer service decline so horribly. was very very disappointed

Made a pick up order today sat there for 10 mins after my order was supposed to be ready and finally asked what was going on just for them to tell me they don't have the sandwich I ordered so I asked to swap it for another they said sure but then after another 5 mins came back to tell that they don't have that one either the lack of communication and customer service is unbelievable
