Lovely place. Love the fast pace energy. Abit of wait because of the popularity. Preorser and pick up might be better (for time) wise.

Seriously slow. Of course, when 2 out of 5 staff members spend 10 minutes talking before starting your order, that does take time. No doubt a topic much more important than customer service.

Took 20 minutes to get our drink, and there was no lineup of customers. Barely any customers were in the store, and they had lots of staff working. It should not take 20 minutes to get your beverage

Why are they asking for tips at Starbucks ?
Wow ! We wait over 10 minutes for our drinks and watch as the system behind the counter is defective and I feel sorry for the good employees who have to work with the company policy on hiring useless staff.
Prices have skyrocketed and food size has greatly decreased in portions.
Starbucks you have become a place not to visit

Really disappointed in the service I order drinks and two bagels on app it said they we available when my bf got there pick up me there drink no bagels just two bags empty when my bf ask about girl said they sold out when ask for a refund they said I be there with my card and the girl was really rude about it I usually have really good experience there I order on app few times week not a good experience at all

Asked the staff if they could please turn down the loud music they were singing along to, they didnt do it. Asked again and they looked so put out and annoyed by the ask. They turned it down by a fraction. I left 5mins later. Will never come back to this location

According to the snarky human at the drive-thru window this afternoon, you aren't allowed to enter the drive-thru line until the mobile app says your order is ready for pickup. He says it's a brand new policy. Corpo Starbucks says that's a lie.
