Ordered a drink that used to be on the menu, was told it would cost extra. Ok. Iced milk and chocolate drink.. just tasted like ice. Had very little flavor. Not what I expected from a near 10 dollar drink.

Not my favorite Starbucks in town. Completely ignored me when I walked up to the till. Looked at me multiple times with no acknowledgement. Simple customer service is lacking big time here, it was so awkward. Do the drive through or mobile.

I figured I need to write a review because Iāve been going to Starbucks for years. Iāve spent thousands of dollars to be honest I used to be a daily customer at this Particular location and yes, I go to them all lol. For one tonight, I was very disappointed. I asked for help to find my favourite tea. I usually buy them in bulk And even when they are not in the front, Iāve always had staff help me look around to see if thereās any in the back or in the shelvingā¦.tonight the girls Did not want to check at all!!! and they were adamant that there was absolutely none, when This has happened so much in the past when I purchase them, where they usually find a random box because they have so much stuff usually, even if they say there probably isnāt any, Honestly, just the not wanting to help a customer and simply take a look for me was really disappointing. Not to mention I have had awful tasteless drinks lately, new staff are not getting trained properly to Make drinks I feel like? And I was even gas lit that maybe I need to ask for more in a drink, hun Iāve gone for years never had no issues before. This was my third awful London fog in a row here I am adding my own ingredients in it as I hate to complain as I already nicely did two times before, I never had issues in the last few years until the new staff within the last few months.. Please ladies work on it Iām sad I wonāt be going back here much. Lost my business with the attitude and lack of care!
Meh my Cappuccino and hash brown thing had zero flavour! Itās sad what this world is becoming. Also staff doesnāt feel organized and on top of things. Iām remembering now why I stopped going.

Hadn't been in a Starbucks for many years. Ordered a chamomile tea and it came in a plastic mesh tea bag and I got some bits of plastic in my teeth, wonderful. The hot water probably leeches chemicals out of it as well. I tossed my tea and vowed never to return.

Every time I visit, the staff is so cheerful, polite, professional and efficient, creating a wonderful atmosphere that starts my day off right. They are saints for what they sometimes have to put up with and they all deserve our respect.
