We waited roughly 10–15 minutes for our order, only to receive the wrong one. We returned the extra item, and despite asking for light ice, the drink was packed with ice. The employee apologized, so that was fair enough. Maybe need more staff??

Location has very friendly employees, well made drinks and quick service but was disappointed when they get rid of their seating. (I understand the mall is right next door but the smell of the coffee and the overall environment was much more inviting and comfortable than the mall) Also, recently they have changed their closing hours from 8:30 or 8pm to 6pm which I find very annoying as someone who typically goes there around 7-7:30 most days. In short, excellent employees and service but taking away the seating and closing early has made the location go down in stars for me.

Longest wait times I’ve ever seen at any Starbucks, or any coffee shop for that matter. This is my third time at this location and each time it was over 18 minutes for an Americano. Won’t ever come back. There are four staff working, which feels like it should be enough but I guess not. Please hire more staff!

THIS SB IS TAKEOUT ONLY - no chairs or tables. What kind of a coffee house has not a single chair? I ordered a tall pike and the girl who took my order seemed stunned, with a deer in the headlight looks. The girl who put the warmed up food at the counter also partially threw it and slid it across.

No the usual atmosphere and warmth associated with Starbucks. This location ought to be audited by headoffice.

It’s just basically drive through Starbucks - so no tables, chairs and no soul. If want just wash your hands before muffin - there is no washroom.

They renovated this Starbucks and it is now garbage. No tables or chairs and no bathrooms. I just purchased a 7$ drink. I would like to also use the toilet, thanks… I won’t be back.

I had the worst experience!! There was this person named Kat. The person was very rude to me and my friends. Firstly, They had a weird attitude with us only because of our Indian accent! They interrupted us again and again well ordering. Other than that, The person also made wrong orders for us. one of my friend asked for a grande drink with less ice but she gave a venti drink with a lot of ice. I don’t understand what the person’s problem was but they really spoiled our day. Hope the management takes this review seriously.
