It’s just basically drive through Starbucks - so no tables, chairs and no soul. If want just wash your hands before muffin - there is no washroom.

They renovated this Starbucks and it is now garbage. No tables or chairs and no bathrooms. I just purchased a 7$ drink. I would like to also use the toilet, thanks… I won’t be back.

I had the worst experience!! There was this person named Kat. The person was very rude to me and my friends. Firstly, They had a weird attitude with us only because of our Indian accent! They interrupted us again and again well ordering. Other than that, The person also made wrong orders for us. one of my friend asked for a grande drink with less ice but she gave a venti drink with a lot of ice. I don’t understand what the person’s problem was but they really spoiled our day. Hope the management takes this review seriously.

Great staff, friendly and welcoming! Perfect location to get in and out with your beverage and food. I don’t care about seating in a location as I don’t hang out in the stores. Rather the increased room for staff to work and provide drinks, food and service for customers is nice.
Also one of the cleanest Starbucks I have visited in North America. I’m sure that’s a reflection of the culture in the store.

Terrible service. I visited that place this afternoon, and the young man didn't include my name on my order, and the person who delivered my coffee threw it away. Impersonal service. I won't be back.

My parents, who are visiting me, went to Starbucks for coffee, anticipating their usual excellent service. Instead, they received terrible treatment. Their names weren't put on the cups, they weren't added to the waiting list for their order, and the staff was dismissive, even asking how they planned to pay. This experience was a far cry from the expected Starbucks standard, and even more surprisingly, it was unlike any Canadian experience they've had
