Starbucks

I had just walked 18km and was needing a coffee and sitdown. I came across a Tim Hortons, and I thought, mmm, I'd rather have Starbucks. So, I checked and found one 1.5 km away, I kept walking. I got myself my favourite coffee, Decaff Americano Misto with oat milk and sat in a comfy chair, it was worth the walk.

Drive thru this morning for a cold brew and a breakfast sandwich. When I was a few miles away, I realized there was a mix up and I received a coffee cake instead of the sandwich. I was unable to return to the store. A while later, I tried to call the store, but the line was continually busy. I spoke to an agent at central number and they said they could not credit me . For the difference of a toonie, I thought they could at least give me a coupon. It's not the money as much as the fact that I was expecting to have breakfast to start my day. I understand mistakes happen with staff, I am more disappointed with the company itself.
** Update: Through Facebook messenger, a Starbucks rep credited my rewards card for the cost of the sandwich! With Gratitude!

Always love my matcha green tea frappe from Starbucks. One of the best beverage concepts out there by far . This particular location is on a busy street with a nice little patio for people watching while your crush back your matcha green tea frappe. Thank you ?

It's a Starbucks. Seriously if you don't know what to expect from visiting one of the most profitable and numerous cafe/fast food joints in the world then I don't know what to say. Pricey mediocre food cosplaying as healthy artisnal goods. Sugary drinks that identify as coffees. And for some reason always at least 2 people with laptops taking up the good tables for literal hours.

Went there over the last few days as it was closest to our Motel and in Walking distance.
Enjoyed their coffee and the Oats aswell as the Bacon/ Egg bites. Fast and friendly service at reasonable prices.

I stopped going there except when there was no choice. My machine at home

Wife there with a friend today & they lost her order. She went up twice 2 inquire & they said she picked it up already. She did not. Also no one else did as they were both watching counter. A complementary drink would have been appreciated after waiting so long.

Overpriced and mediocre drinks and foodstuffs. Why intelligent people fall for it is beyond me.
