WOW! the staff here are absolutely incredible, very friendly, very chatty gives that coffee shop energy and I LOVE IT! my only concern is I wish they had comfy seating so Starbucks if you’re seeing this please get some comfy seats. Staff went above and beyond to bring my drinks to my friend and I she also didn’t hesitate to strike up a conversation. We felt seen and felt like our money was going to a great place and supporting these amazing baristas. I will for sure be back again you guys rock!

Today I got a Vanilla Bean frappe with extra extra caramel drizzle and im very very impressed! They actually did how much i wanted shout out to anna amazing barista!!! Girl needs a raise bahah the customer service was great:)

They always mess up my drink whereas Terminal Starbucks and the Chapters Starbucks get it right every time. Today I asked for a small side of oat milk and they gave me almond milk which ruined my drink.

Absolutely ridiculous. I paid almost $9 for a full-size pink drink and got a cup that was 60% ice and maybe 40% drink. What a scam. If I wanted a cup full of ice, I could’ve stayed home and filled it from my freezer for free. For the price I paid, I expected an actual drink, not a watered-down mess. Do better.
