Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Stood in line for 15 minutes so that the staff members and some clueless customer could try and recreate “the drink they saw on Tik tok” and ignore the giant growing lineup of customers who actually know what they want. These people should be working at McDonald’s not

I went to meet a friend who was at the counter giving her order. There was no line so I stood beside her and waited for my turn. After the employee behind the counter gave my friend her tea, she walked away. I stood there for a minute or two while she was straightening things up. Then she started talking to a coworker and walked into the backroom. I looked up and made eye contact with another barista who saw it go down. She raised her eyebrow, shrugged and kept cleaning the machine. So I just turned around and sat at the table with my friend and ordered from the ap. I know they want us to use the ap but I figure that's a crazy way to encourage it. ??
The atmosphere is pretty hollow. I guess they're all like that now. Moving away from the "casual and cozy" to the "get in and get out" type deal. Ah well what can ya do.

Waited 20 minutes for a drink that was misplaced in drive thru. (I ordered in store) Only disappointed because I was late for work And they didn’t even seem to care that I waited so long :(

Hoping this review is for this particular location on Metral Nanaimo. Went this eve with my young daughter for a special drink. The two young ladies working that night went over the top to make our short visit there and our order really special. They made some fun suggestions and even created a special addition to my daughters drink creating something really cool for her to enjoy. This is what customer service should be and these two deserve a raise for being so client centered and cheerful in their work.

Walked in and had to wait 10mins for a lady to look up, never asked my wifes name, super grumpy group of women working today, and messed up my order and wont do anything about it. Will NOT be back.
