Absolutely ridiculous. I paid almost $9 for a full-size pink drink and got a cup that was 60% ice and maybe 40% drink. What a scam. If I wanted a cup full of ice, I could’ve stayed home and filled it from my freezer for free. For the price I paid, I expected an actual drink, not a watered-down mess. Do better.

Hands down the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to, and trust me, I’ve been to a LOT of Starbucks’. For some reason the drinks just hit different, I got my favorite drink, the Strawberry açai lemonade, and it was the best one I’ve ever had. And this isn’t just a fluke, I’ve came several times on my way to the ferry terminal, and they have never let me down. They always provide the best versions of all of their drinks.

Barrista was too busy flirting with man in a suit too be able to pay attention to making our caramel machiatto... asked for extra caramel as I always do. And it tasted like a burnt black coffee... astounding service, 0 stars.
I’d rather get my coffee from 7/11 than deal with these clowns ever again. Whoever is doing the hiring at this location should be fired and banned from Starbucks for life.

Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Stood in line for 15 minutes so that the staff members and some clueless customer could try and recreate “the drink they saw on Tik tok” and ignore the giant growing lineup of customers who actually know what they want. These people should be working at McDonald’s not

I went to meet a friend who was at the counter giving her order. There was no line so I stood beside her and waited for my turn. After the employee behind the counter gave my friend her tea, she walked away. I stood there for a minute or two while she was straightening things up. Then she started talking to a coworker and walked into the backroom. I looked up and made eye contact with another barista who saw it go down. She raised her eyebrow, shrugged and kept cleaning the machine. So I just turned around and sat at the table with my friend and ordered from the ap. I know they want us to use the ap but I figure that's a crazy way to encourage it. ??
The atmosphere is pretty hollow. I guess they're all like that now. Moving away from the "casual and cozy" to the "get in and get out" type deal. Ah well what can ya do.
