I go to this location more so for the convenience of how close it is to where I live, however I'd rather drive the extra few minutes to go to the Metral or Country club location. They are very understaffed (which i know isn't there fault) making the wait time for orders take longer. This may seem like a small Starbucks, but it gets VERY busy. So if you are in hurry, avoid this one. What really upset me today was, after all that waiting I did, they didn't even give me an adequate amount. I knew it wasn't even close to being full so I waited and let the whip melt to see how much of the drink was ACTUALLY put made.....I was of course right. There is still so much more room left. Very disappointing, you pay $6 for a cup a coffee and they can't even give you enough to to at least be considered a cup?

SEE UPDATE BELOW. Chaos. At least on this Saturday afternoon. I'm sure everyone here is really nice, but they do not seem to be receiving sufficient training, or being held to a standard. UPDATE: Leaving rating as is, BUT I followed up with Starbucks, and regional manager(?) followed with me -- in 💯 convincing manner! She left little doubt that they were *glad* for the feedback, and things will get better. Kudos for a feedback system that *works* -- and to the individuals who make it work. 🙏 Credit where credit is due all day! 😅

Unfortunately, an employee chucked my sandwich across the counter and it slid off onto the ground. She laughed and asked if it fell out of the bag to which i replied no. I still thought it was gross. I had to pick my sandwich up off the floor. Not once did the employee apologize or offer to make me a replacement. I’m at starbucks at least twice a week and i normally have exceptional service. My two stars are for another employee at the register who was lovely.

I just bought a coffee mocha from this place and it was such a bad experience. I never had such a bad taste of coffee . It was thinner than water and was so bitter. I called store to give feedback to the manager and I was told manager is not there. I would not recommend this shop to anyone! Totally waste of money and time.
