I was at the mall on a busy summer weekend in BC and needed a quick lunch before heading out. The line at Subway was long, but I was so impressed by how quickly and efficiently the staff worked through the orders.
When it was my turn, I asked for a footlong but wanted two different kinds of ingredients inside on each half. The staff member was so friendly and accommodating; they didn't hesitate and perfectly crafted the custom order for me.
My experience was fantastic, and I have no idea why people would rate this store anything less. I highly recommend it for the great service and delicious food.

Very disappointing experience. We were given a sandwich missing both the meat and cheese, containing only vegetables. When we returned to politely point out the mistake, the owner dismissed our concern and told us to “get lost.” This kind of treatment toward customers is unacceptable.
Worst subway ever. They forgot to put the meat and cheese in our sandwich and it was just veggies and when we went back to them the owner did not believe and said GET LOST!
i work in the mall and sometimes need to run and grab lunch, I explained to the worker I need to be speedy and quick as he can do it. bit he dragged his feet snd it took almost 10 minutes to make one 6inch sub because he kept asking me to repeat myself, the spinach was a little slimey. personally I perfer the one across the highway. I hope next time I go it's better.

Absolutely pathetic, would give zero stars if I could. For reference I asked for extra spinach, cucumbers, and lettuce and got offered 2 extra pieces of each. The prices have gone through the roof but the quality has decreased exponentially. Don't support these American chains.
Such a horrible experience at this subway. Usually I’m super forgiving to customer service people as I work with customer service myself, but not today. They had a trainee make my sandwich while I was on my break and they put so much salt and pepper in it I couldn’t eat it when I got back to work. So I kept the receipt to go ask for a refund the next day and they refused to do anything for me. No discount, refund, nothing. Absolutely ruined my day. Horrible service and attitude.
Had a great experience at Subway today! Tried footlong tuna, Gurvinder provided excellent service. He was friendly, quick, and made my sandwich perfectly. Highly recommend visiting if you're looking for great food and even better service!

I went to this Subway yesterday and ordered a pizza sub sandwich. About 3-4 hours later, I experienced horrible food poisoning, from which I am still recovering. I have had Subway at this location before, but it will be the last time I eat at this Subway.
Horrible. Got a veggie sandwich and they put absolutely no toppings on it. I’m not getting any meat, I’m gonna need more than 2 tiny spinach leaves. Kind of common sense. Never spending my money here again, not filling whatsoever and now I have to spend more money somewhere else to actually feel like I ate something

My large fountain drink had flies in its lid. Very glad I noticed before consuming. When I brought this to the attention of the staff and asked for a refund they were very rude. I wanted the refund back on the card I payed with and the staff there all got very hostile and demanded I take the cash.
The subs they made were very rushed and barely resembled what you would expect subway to be. Dry, bland, soggy veggies.
This bad bunch of “sandwich artists” need to clean up their act and perhaps up their sanitation game to avoid having flies in their product.

Worst subway in town. Tried the new churro and footlong cookie and they served it undercooked. Both items were so doughy and inedible. When we complained the management argued with us and told us we were wrong. Always terrible service here.

I hate to be this person but I have to say this subway needs some work. All of my coworkers have said they will use their lunch break to go across the street before spending a dime there. Today was the last straw for me. You have to keep asking for more veggies and when I say more I mean reasonable. I asked for spinach today and was literally given 4 leaves of spinach. I had to keep asking which is exactly what the person infront of me had to do. This held up the entire line. There is one staff member that just keeps saying “and and and” as if to rush through the fact you’ve put a couple of pieces of spinach and tomatoes on my $17 sandwich.. They are stingy on every ingredient. They do not change their gloves in between orders (cashing out people) let alone in between subs. 80% of the time I go there there is frost/mold around the vegetables. You guys need to step it up. I will not go back there again until I hear better. You’ve got an entire store of employees that won’t go here for this reason. And I’m sure we aren’t the only store. You are losing business by pinching corners and it shows. Do better.

Not worth your money. Spent 15$ for a wrap and ended up throwing it away. All I tasted was rice. While the wrap was being prepared, I saw the employee try to squeeze the sauce but the container was empty and not much came out. Then she proceeded to complete the order without even refilling the container or putting any sauce in the wrap. I hate to say that it is time for restaurants to re-think their customer service training and hire more staff. The staff looks burnt out, uninterested and casual. Feels like customer service has taken a dive for the worse.
