Awful experience. Wanted to get chimichurri sauce instead of the suggested sauce, was told it was extra . No idea subway now charges extra for sauce. Absolute joke, horrible customer service.

Worst subway I've ever been to.
For some reason every subway nowadays doesn't show their employees how to make or close the sandwiches (and they don't give a shit) so when you get home you basically have a soggy diaper of a sandwich. I didn't want to pay for these but I also wanted to leave. Definitely never coming back. The only half decent subway in Nanaimo is the one on Bowen road.

Sorry this had to be the worst experience at any Subway. The service downright sucked. Sandwich artist was distracted with her coworker speaking in their language back and forth. Seemed angry. Gave us bare minimal service. And the sub if that's what you called it, was poorly made. A great waste of $20 for lunch.

Workers really skimp on the vegetables, and are not very friendly. Last 3 times Ive felt like I was inconviencing them just by being there. Will not go back to this location.

Pretty gross to see this in the washroom, time to buy a new tap I think… staff also let us know that they won’t be grilling foot long subs because their grill is broken and a staff member was burnt grilling a foot long… I feel like perhaps the owner should just replace the grill. Seems that up to date equipment is not a priority to the owner of this location ???

I quit eating here for the reason the last 5 times I've been there the subs have tasted so gross! The meat is cold , they don't put enough, they just use their hands instead of the measuring scoop , cold, soggy inedible garbage....... Me and my boyfriend both threw our last subs away after 1 Bite, so disgusting it has turned me off subway for life..... these owners are failing horribly , train the staff better and follow proper franchise protocol , they are absolutely not and it shows in the horrible taste of your sandwiches. Yuk!
