I am a lonnnng time subway patron.. I went into this one and noticed it was immaculate first . Then the lady came out and she was a kind person.. I could tell.. and I just ate it and I am 100 percsnt honestly it was the BEST subway ive ever had .. Delicious and fresh and thats saying something Thats out of a thousand visits or more lol. It was a great experience all around.. very clean, very friendly staff, and EXCELLENT food made with genuine care. Thankyou ! If ur in nanaimo I highly recommend showing them some love it will be worth it!!!!

I was here just minutes ago October 12,2025 at 7.37 pm. I had the worst experience of my life. I was with my sister, brother and two kids. We asked for two potato rings and the Indian girl at the counter said o I am closing at 8 so I won’t able to make some and I only have one so we said that’s fine one would work. We were ordering two bowls and one six inch . She made the six inch correct but with the least quantity of veggies possible we noticed but didn’t reacted. Now when it came to bowls we said one with chicken but no lettuce other one with lettuce and veggie only specially mentioning that my sister don’t eat non-veg. She said ok now when she was making the first one I gave instructions at each step and repeated first one veggie with lettuce

I felt bad for the staff member, she was the only one staff member there and she had to manage front customers and Skip type orders as well. We had to wait for her to finish part of the Skip order before we could order and then she helped us and then the skip driver had to wait for the order to be finished, plus the 4 people that were waiting behind him. She handled it well though.

Really happy with the service and both the staff members. They were friendly and sweet. We requested just an egg for toddler and staff member warmed it up and cut up in peices for us. Sandwich was made to perfection veggies did not fall all over and were evenly spread. Thank you

The worst subway in town. Subway is a cheap meal and everyone accepts it’s not the greatest similar to that of Tim Hortons this was not good. The pizza sub had pepperoni and that was it. They full left out the actual ingredients and the extra ingredients paid for, bmt was missing several veggies and sauce and the meat ball sub was missing everything but the meat balls themselves. As someone who’s worked food industry this type of mess up needs to be addressed.

I walked in today as usual to get a foot long sandwich. I said Italian herbs and cheese twelve inch and I had to clarify footlong. We moved on to the vegetables and she put very little for each, and the salt and pepper was too much. We went on to fountain drink size from the machine. I said I wanted a small, she asked me if I wanted medium or large. I said small. I went to the machine and found out it was broken. I left and am never going back. Subway is a good restaurant.

Service is really good, warm and welcoming environment and the customer service specially in morning is good, will definitely come here again.
Service was really nice however the food was terrible. The veggies all tasted slightly off and even the tomatoes looked old not fresh and the lettuce had that nasty spoiled taste to it. I don’t know what it is lately but all the fast food around Nanaimo has gone totally down hill better off to save the money and just cook at home if this is how it’s going to be. Totally disappointed. I really dislike giving bad reviews so I’m sorry for even posting this.
Also the dippers are 90% flat bread 10% topping.
