Eric served me and holy moly what a wonderful human! So passionate about the work and genuinely seems to care so much about the customer experience. Also found out Eric is working two other jobs. Seriously, to be that positive while working three jobs is beyond me.

I stopped on the way to my own customer service job and today I will strive to be just a little bit like Eric. I hope all your working towards happens for you and I hope you have a furry friend soon. Thank you so much!

The food is great. The service is awesome. The people there are friendly as well. But the atmosphere does seem to be a little darker. So there’s a reason why I’m giving this a four star.

Whoever was working at 7pm on 24th of August 2025, both of them were SO SOO SO amazing, kind, caring, and I had the best subway sandwich I’ve ever had, super understanding, they got my sister a water even though she didn’t order anything, and just went above and beyond at this location. Thank you 🙏

Employee wasn't very attentive, slow, clearly not trained enough. Didn't hear my selections clearly, glossed over, I spoke well. Hot sauce was overdone, Didn't understand portioning. Friendly, but my mouth burned far more than usual. Very clean.

Ordered a couple of subs. Frequent consumer at Terminal and Bowen locations. Most of the time pretty good. But today from the Terminal location, a chefs special bbq brisket was cold and the toasted bread presented as stale. The worst sub from a long time customer. I maybe ate 3” of a Footlong pricey sub and the rest got chucked as inedible. To be fair the 2nd sub Smashed avacado and Turkey was good according to my partner. I for one will try other locations or more likely give up on this chain. Very, very disappointing.

Jean and Alexa were great. Most recommend place. They both are very nice, professional and friendly. I got my best subway sandwich here.

First of all, super clean and the food was fresh and the trays were full and clean. But in my book, it is the staff that made me come back. I came in on June 16th, Erik served me so nice , polite and fast. I have an allergy that isn’t common he was super helpful guiding me in which bread contained that ingredient, no judging just compassion. He was so memorable that I came back the next day (as we are travelling from Alberta) I was again impressed as I observed his co-worker Nikka, she’s fast, efficient, kind to the customer and super organized. I can only say good job to the owners for having excellent staff in place. To the Subway corporation, I can only hope that you see my review and see for yourself the gem of employees that Erik and Nikka are and look for ways to advance their careers

I was at this Subway location where the “2 Footlongs for $20” promotion was clearly advertised. The store was listed as participating, so I expected to be able to redeem the offer using the QR code in the app. Unfortunately, the staff member was unable to scan the QR code—or even my Subway membership.
It was a frustrating and disappointing experience. If the promotion is being advertised and the store is marked as participating, customers should be able to actually use it. Otherwise, it feels misleading and creates a poor impression of the brand. I hope Subway ensures their stores are better prepared to honor their own offers.

B4 editing my review to increase stars, all Subways heed the story of a Nova Scotia highway-side location who strictly enforced the policy of not permitting use of washroom unless making a purchase...
Someone walked in, asked to use washroom. Got denied unless making a purchase. Then that person vomited profusely all over the glass case.
Your Port Place business neighbors Noodlebox, Starbucks, Bar Burrito and Starbucks are towing that same Draconian Post-Covid paranoia, closed-door washroom policy.
It would be rich, and well-deserved karma if the Subway Business Owner had the disgusting task of cleaning up that glass case all covered in barf....
Because none of your employees should do it for your shitty minimum wage!
